AWESOME stuff! It really did the trick if you need something that is very VERY relaxing , couch potato for sure.... and It really helped me sleep , For me, it's a good night time medicine.I have used it during the day but I did nothing but rest and sleep off and on. It also really helped with my lower back pain. I use it rite after a yoga session too. ***5 STARS!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
