I almost feel bad giving this 3 stars considering everyone’s seemingly great experiences with this strain, but it wasn’t mind blowing or particularly medicinally effective for me and I usually love whatever I try from Cresco. First of all, KT Dawg has a very unique and distinct flavor that you’ll probably either love or hate. The best way I can describe it is like raw mushrooms (not the magic kind). I like mushrooms so I don’t mind, but my friend was a little put off by it. I was using it hoping to treat my PTSD/Depression/Anxiety throughout the day while still being able to function. It did an okay job of that, but made me feel more apathetic than happy. Also, I found myself drifting off into an anxious, negatively introspective mindset often. It’s a nicely balanced strain with a fairly unique high. I don’t have really anything else nice or potentially useful to say. If you want to try something similar but far better, I would suggest Snow Lotus.

this was the first joint that I have smoked since 1991. I decided that I needed to return to cannabis as a possible way of treating my social anxiety as well as chronic back pain. the dispensary gave me a free 1G joint for joining and unfortunately I chose this strain. they gave me the Shake instead of the bud I told me it was just as strong as the flower would have been. so I took three deep inhales kind of choke after each one. in about 30 minutes later I could feel myself drifting off to sleep. I just became more and more sleeping I felt like I was about to lose consciousness I thought about calling paramedics. But I told myself if I could just go to sleep then I may feel better but it was hard to sleep my chest felt like it was racing a couple of times. Mean while my back was hurting my tail this did not help with a chronic back pain certainly didn't help with my social anxiety because I couldn't even keep my eyes open. It made me feel creative nor did it enhance my mood it was just like taking an overdose of sleeping pills. Furthermore and had a very nasty taste which could have just been the shake but I never want to smoke this again fact unless you've ever want to smoke again at all after this horrible experience

I got the pre-rolled joint 1g by Cresco from my dispensary. After only a few tokes, I felt it starting to hit me strong. I felt warm waves of pleasure throughout my body the whole experience (over an hour and a half of being stoned!) and immense anxiety relief as well as euphoria. Highly recommend this strain!

Earthy and dense in flavor with a great pain relieving buzz. KT Dawg is one of the better hybrids I have smoked lately.

1st, absolutely gorgeous to look at. I wasn’t expecting the hues of black/purple against almost copper hairs. The buds themselves are less dense then you’d expect, but they break up beautifully in my Sharpe Stone grinder. Nice, long lasting cerebral head space with this strain. You can focus creatively if your inclined, or just people watch. The flavor profile wasn’t as pronounced as I’d have liked. That said, my water pipe does need a cleaning. All in all Cresco Labs knocked it outta the park. THCa is around 23% No CBD in this strain and they didn’t list the terpene profile.

I picked this particular strain up at Herbal Remedies Dispensary (Quincy, IL). High percentage, bulk popcorn flower. I have become a fan of Cresco as of late. They always throw a Boveda 58 in their bulk flower! Definite perk! When I opened this up it looked like a dead octopus still trying to camouflage itself. Very dark initially, little red/orange hairs everywhere like feelers, and pungent. Almost looked like a rats nest. Lightened up as it got a little bit of air it seemed. Very dark once ground! It didn't look good really, but it is. I just did back-to-back, one-hit rips out of my C2 Bell Base and i'm higher than Charlie Sheen! The tingly, energetic, feel good experience. Pain relief, heavy eyes (RED), and relaxed.
