i have adhd and for me personally it doesent really help focus and makes me even more hyperactive i guess this depends on the phenotype but the one i got didnt work out for me still a great tasting bud which delivers very strong effects

This is just an overall good strain. It gives me a nice, comfortable, happy high. For myself it did, anyway. I always like to smoke a different strain each time I smoke or vape, just so I don't burn out on any one strain, which happens pretty quickly for me. But I'm usually able to use the OG K. several days in a row before I need to switch it up. It's a great classic strain, and I still love it! 👍🏼👍🏼
