Zen reviews

This has become my go-to for daily medication and maintenance. My use is for generalized anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder. I found very little potency or effect if used in conjunction with medications for psychiatric disorders, but after successfully surviving withdrawals under observation of a treatment team; extreme potency after. I can use Zen at 1/8th the levels I did a year ago and have extremely calm collected and productive days. Maintaining low doses for me during a day, experimenting with delivery methods, and legitimately crunching the numbers this is the cheapest and biggest bang for maintaining general wellness. I'll confess to overconsuming from a medicinal standpoint and getting into the realm of recreational and I absolutely hated it. It felt like putting on two of those weighted blankets as seen on TV, forced calm, a tongue that didn't fit in my mouth, etc. YMMV.

This Sunday's wake & bake is with Zen Tec. I don't see anything for Zen Tec on Leafly, just "Zen", and somehow I don't think it's the same, but that Zen is probably one of the parents of Zen Tec. To be clear - I'm reviewing ZEN TEC here. Mine tested at 17.42% THC and .32% CBD. It smells and tastes like balsam and don't let the numbers fool you, this one is strong. I feel sensation, some pressure inside my head by the ears and even though I just woke up I'm starting to yawn, making me think that Zen Tec might be more of an indica dominant hybrid, at least on me. The taste and smell make me think of bamboo forests in Japan at a Buddhist monastery, incense lit as the monks chant to Amida and prostrate before the Buddha of Infinite Life. The pressure inside the head is what makes this strain stand out for me. It doesn't hurt and it's not necessarily even uncomfortable, but it's noticeably there all the same. I just ordered some pizza and have a feeling a catnap is in my not so distant future. I like this one for taste and smell and possibly as a nightcap.

My boyfriend and I smoke together, and he suffers from generalized anxiety disorder and severe migraines so I was looking for a great strain we both can enjoy without sacrificing potency or flavor. I have seen the variation of this strain Zen-X at the retail dispensary so I bought some. Sweet and Sour with a little bit of berry pungent notes, dark green and dense, orange hairs and light crystals. The effects of the sativa are immediate upon the first exhale with mental clarity being slightly impaired. All stress from the work day melts away, we play games, eat snacks, and watch tv for a few hours and smoke it again before bed, which the indica part of this hybrid helped a lot. Although it's $16/g retail, this is a strain I'll shell out the extra dough for!

Zen helped me through the 1st year after losing my mama. I highly recommend it

This is so comforting for the stomach, it's a very mellow buzz I had the concentrate form of this. It's about 70 percent THC 150 mil.CBD. Medically an excellent alternative to Donatol which has many unpleasant side effects. I don't know why the government ever banned this wonderful medicine.

The Zen OG I recently picked up from my go to spot, (whitecastle in anaheim) had me at hello. It was the first jar the budtender pulled out, and I immediately decided to grab an eighth. I smoked it out of a paper plane rolled by yours truly. Instantly upon inhalation, i felt incredible expansion, and a warm easing sensation encasing my bowels. Having been suffering from morning nausea for quite sometime, this strain is a miracle worker among indica dominant hybrids. If anyone ever feels sick to their stomach, or just wants a new-gen diamond among strains, try and find yourself some zen

Omg love it. Make sure you got a good grower to show you it’s max potency. Made me feel less claustrophobic somehow. Like there was more space in the world. Nice feeling 👍🏼🌈

This is my all time favorite strain, it treats my chronic pain and migraines better than anything else. I also have depression, anxiety, and a personality disorder and its is truly a very calming and relaxing high that does sedate me.
