I've been going to Buckeye smoke shop since it opened. The owner and staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable! The owner has handed out free CBD to military members and has given me free accessories when I needed them. He always had his clients best interests and isn't out to make a quick buck by selling garbage. He's always friendly and honest with his clients. Great products and great customer service! I wont go anywhere else. Buckeye smoke shop is hands down the best place for anything you'll need!

This was my first time going to the Newport News location as I frequent the Portsmouth location. The customer service is still phenomenal. I bought a few of their trending 8ths and a vape. The White Cherry Runtz was amazing. The space is much bigger and they were having a comedy show which I attended. Good vibes, good prices, good energy. I highly recommend the Newport News location.

I had such a good first experience here. The owner was personable, kind, knowledgable – and accommodating. The prices beat a lot of the new shops' prices around town. I’ve been there three times so far, and all three times I was greeted with kind, knowledgeable individuals. Their products have not disappointed yet! Yes, it’s a CBD dispensary, not a medicinal dispensary, and it’s freaking amazing! I’ve been smoking for almost 20 years, and I never realized the benefits of CBD until discovering this awesome spot.
