The choices of bud are limited because it's ran by the state. The delivery driver was very professional. He was friendly and patient when I asked him a few questions about the services he was providing for me as a patient of Capitol Wellnes Solutions. Pros and cons are the same everywhere. I've been to a few dispensaries and Star Buds has by far the best flower selection! I don't know if it's because of what they call deli-style ( Pick your own buds in any amount you want) or what but it feels like they have so much more.
