At first there was some issues. Of course me being a first timer and not knowing certain things and Vice versa is what lead to these issues. So I had decided not to deal with this store and just go elsewhere at this point but then this professional,polite,kind, patient and lovely lady by the name of Abby came in and fixed the issue and on top of that walk me through the settings and process and just like that I haven’t gone to no other place in fact I come here just because she is here. Btw thank you again today for helping me out again. She really goes above and beyond.

I always like going to Trulieve in Venice; it has a fresh, welcoming atmosphere and it's close to our home. The Counter Attendants are always helpful and have a cheery attitude. Having said that, this is the first time I've written a Review. Yesterday, Holly was extremely helpful; she made at least two trips to the Storeroom in order to get me everything I needed. Samantha took care of me, I was so overwhelmed and had tons of questions and she answered them and was patient with me. She took me through a lot of there products an explain it’s affects and other stuff that made the cannabis strong and what don’t. Totally looking forward to going back!

Great prices and SUPER helpful staff. just tell em what's broken and they will find the flower that fixes it. The only 2 things I could say I would change is 1. They treat ptsd and severe anxiety patients. yet the waiting room is tiny and always full. 2. Not really much they can do here, but newer champion strains. They do rotate frequently to stay on top of the newest strains available in this area and they have awesome staple strains. It just sucks reading and seeing award winning new herbs (first class funk)(jigglers)(permanent marker)and have no hope of trying it before its been bred out of existence. This is not naturals fault though. Its the growers and supply chain.
