I am a disabled Veteran with degenerative back, hips and knee issues. The ONLY relief I have found to be able to function daily is Animal Face and Brownie Scout from Rise here in VA or MD (Rhythm or Dharma Pharmaceuticals). My particular situation is unique in that I am considered a "high metabolizer" and lower level opioids that are generally prescribed for pain are completely useless in my system. And yes, the flower is occasionally dry, but in my fragile state this is still what I need to be upright everyday. I always put my flower in an airtight jar with a bovida bag anyway. I will continue to shop at Rise regularly and I encourage patients who deal with pain on a daily basis give Rise a shot. You don't know what you are missing!

Finally a "herbal" store that doesnt feel like im looking at porn. I like to smoke but that doesnt mean I need to feel like I should wear all black and a hoodie to get my "flower". Atmosphere is open and welcoming. The coffee and tea is made to order while you wait for your order to enjoy a product while your there or just sit and work where you can toke with free Wifi. Great selection, great pricing in comparison and great staff oh and how can I forget ther various store dogs that rotate and greet you at the door. If you dont see what your looking for tell them and they will research and find it for you. They even do special events. Hidden Gem I honestly almost didnt want to share.
