Wow! They’re getting medical! Stopped by today but unfortunately the tenders working haven’t been able to take the course yet. So looking forward to medical here. Love the attention the customer is given to answer questions, for demonstrations and information regarding the products they are selling. The environment is fantastic and positive. The staff are knowledgeable about their product and if they don't know the answer there is enough staff and someone is bound to know the answer. The service is welcoming and with a smile. 6 months ago my cart had gotten stolen while was at a friends halloween party , when i had showed up to her house got out of my car it was there in the grass dirty but the oil was still clean the inside was not dirty and it still worked still charged everything it survived 6 months on rain and snow i didn’t expect to work i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place

The RISE Medical Marijuana in Christiansburg is an excellent store. I have been to the store several times over the last 2 years. Joe and the entire staff are always so welcoming and helpful. Recently I had a product that was not helping me and I wanted to return the unopened product. Even though it was well beyond the 14 day period for returns, the staff gave me a small credit towards my next purchase.
