As a first time customer I was highly impressed with not only the product, but customer service was absolutely the best I have ever experienced at a dispensary! I had the pleasure of having Jenny as my Bud tender and she was incredible. She explained to me about their business and how it’s ran by the family. Not only is the store ran by family, the family grows majority of their product locally. They are extremely supportive of local businesses as they gave me some cards for restaurants and businesses. They also included some very cool 3D printed keychains made by the owner! This dispensary treated me so incredibly and I will always recommend friends here. This dispensary definitely deserves a visit if you are looking for incredible Bud and wonderful people. Thank you for all your kindness

I enjoy frequenting Urban Wellness in Las Cruces. It is just a hop skip and a jump off East Lohman. Urban carries an amazing quality of product. I am always satisfied, and more knowledgeable about the product I purchased, as well as, new product out on the shelf, I have never been disappointed. The Team at Urban Wellness is exceptional in customer service, like the product - they are consistent. They greet you always with a smile on their faces, welcoming you enter the front door. The people who work there and the service is wonderful! The doctor and his assistant are unethical and not good. For service and the people it is great. Find another doctor! The one that have is crappy!!! Don't care for lying and wasting my time. What a waste, just because they lie? Nope!

I purchased some sleep powder from your store, because my husband is stage 4 C O P D , and was struggling to breathe. They were giving him steroids to no avail. He took one dose in his coffee and, and miracles happened! No struggling to breathe, and feeling 100% better. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR ADVICE AND INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Well, I already wrote a review and just went back to hopefully edit it, but it doesn’t even show. There is one there from 2022. What I was going to add is on my receipt. It doesn’t show how many points I have did I get screwed out of all the points and money I’ve spent here in TorC and also Las Cruces location.

I love Ultra! The staff are always so friendly and helpful. My online orders are always correct and look good. Budtenders are knowledgeable and give great recommendations. Best prices, best staff. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else in Silver City.
