My wife and I have been using Cloud Nine in Grande Isle for the past two years and have always received great service by staff. Their deep level of respect and spot in recommendations have been greatly appreciated. As an example, we were there tonight and needed a product to help my wife sleep, which is hard for her to do because of arthritis. The young man there (I wish I got his name) knew immediately what she needed and he was exactly what you want to see in these important roles: knowledge and an ability to seamlessly glide into a customers demeanor of needing a guide, an ear, a shoulder and a genuine interest in his/her situation. When we got home and researched his recommendation, it had everything that my wife needs in it. All of the staff we've worked with are great and their products are high quality. Love this place! there's a few other shops closer to me but this place definitely has the best prices & selection in my area. the staff is always amazing & super helpful. Definitely my go to!

Really cool vibe inside with all of the hip-hop and Wu-Tang memorabilia. Staff is very friendly and they’re always offering great sales.
