Been going here since they opened in October of 2015, and 2nd Step has, in my opinion, consistently been the highest quality dispensary in Salem. Everyone (and every thing, too) there is clean, professional, welcoming, and fun. Best pre-rolls in town as well. If you're disappointed with this place, you're doing something wrong.

Well, 2nd Step OG has been around since October of 2013. We are one of the oldest craft cannabis providers in Salem and truly in Oregon. We did start "Recreational" sales in October of 2015. So, that is likely when you joined us. We have been through trials getting to where we are now. There was a stretch at the beginning of January this year that we could not do Adult Sales. Loren and the crew at THC Recreation Station formerly 2nd Step Dispensary have always been good to my wife and I. She's been able to taper off two different prescription drugs with the guidance of the staff there. Her quality of life has improved immensely because of the medicine she's used from there. We've never had a poor experience over the last few years, they have quality staff and draw a friendly clientele. Sure I'll shop around and find a strain at other shops, but I always come back home. Shops like this improve the quality of life for the surrounding community. I surely do appreciate where we live and the improving options we have regarding access to psychedelics. More and more Oregonians are coming to understand the better health outcomes they get with cannabis over a vast number of prescription poisons. To think we can achieve such improvements in our health by swapping out the devastating declining toxic effects of a Xanax or Ambien with 5-10mg of a totally harmless plant extract, and regain your humanity back in the process. I appreciate the guidance I've always received from the good people at THC Recreation Station formerly 2nd Step Dispensary.

It has taken a bit to respond to this because you describe the very essence of why I started out in the cannabis industry a decade ago. Most of our friends know that my dear mom was the 82yo catalyst that began my bumpy ride. She was always a self-healer and decided to begin using cannabis at her ripe old age. For a first-timer to OMMP, both the clinic and dispensary have provided me with top-notch, knowledgeable service. The staff is friendly and willing to answer questions about how all of this works, and the process of getting my OMMP card was streamlined and quick. As a newcomer to the dispensary, I got great advice on how to integrate MM as my primary medication. For anyone in Salem and the Willamette Valley in general, I would highly recommend both the clinic and dispensary without hesitation. Thank you for your excellent service!

Just started going here a few months ago, and so far so great! Definately best customer service out of Salem Or for dispensaries. Staff is very warm and welcoming, engages in a very geniune manor and on top of that, an amazing selection of products! Check them out yo!

What can I say - 2nd Step is THE PLACE to go! Since I started there, the staff is a bunch of great people, the location is very handy and also very well taken care of in and out. The stock is well kept up with a great variety of goods on the menu. I tried a Lunch Box Alchemy Squib Gummy 'Orange' today and I'll give it the Thumbs UP - good flavor and nice, mellow effect. The CO2's I use do great for my Epilepsy and Fractured Spine. Unless your out of town, this is THE PLACE to go for your cannabis needs!!! GO BEAVS

Out of all the dispensary's in Salem I would rather go here than anywhere else, the prices are amazing and everyone is super helpful. They always have new strains and lots to pick from. I would HIGHLY recommend going here!

I used to be a die hard OG fan but since discovering 2nd step, I won't go anywhere else, even if it's 15 minutes away. Awesome bud, great atmosphere, genuine owner. Love everything about this place!

great place great people great prices good quality on everything if something's not right and you're not happy with it talk to the people I have had several incidences where I was not happy with the product hush cartridge specifically and they made things right in my book Mary fact they made them more than right these people are awesome and great they're good to Veterans they're good to people these are great people a great place to go can't say enough good about them stop in see for yourself by a bag and enjoy it have never had a bad experience there and as always been treated with respect they are veteran and service animal friendly they allow my dog Eddie in with me every time just can't say enough great about these people

I've been visiting every dispensary in Salem and this is hands down the best. Amazing quality, and great prices. Their prerolls are cheaper than anywhere else and come with a nice wooden filter, they also have a really nice selection. Too bad I didn't come here first or I probably would have never gone anywhere else!

this is my favorite spot. they have an excellent selection of high quality medicine. i have tried more than half of the top shelf flowers i have loved them all. grand hustle, huckle berry kush, and girl scout cookies are some mighty fine ones to name few. i havnt tried everywhere but i cant stop goin back to this one cuz its a sure thing. i drive past a couple other dispensaries on the way the to this one because i prefer this one over the others. its worth the drive. like i said i havnt gone into everyplace in town so i hope im not missing out on anything cuz i just keep goin back to this place cuz its great.
