I love the punch cards, every visit get a stamp and get 15% off during the 11th visit. The staff is also nice and friendly.

I am a newbie to MMJ but 1st Step Clinic and 2nd Step Dispensary made my decision to improve my health easier. My initial clinic appointment with Dr. Dossey was handled with professionalism and kindness. The staff and Mr. Kruesi went out of their way to help me and took the time to answer my questions even though they were clearly very busy. My visits to the dispensary were the same - smiling, soft spoken, knowledgeable staff who took their time answering my questions. Both clinic and dispensary are well organized and clean. I was diagnosed with a painful chronic illness six months ago and am still trying to wrap my head around that and accept it so I was anxious when I first entered the clinic and dispensary but met with only considerate, nonjudgemental people. After much research, my decision to change from pharmaceuticals to MMJ was an easy one but Nature Quest has made the transition smoother for me. Thank you K

All in all, THC Rec Station is becoming my favorite location in Salem. I'm not sure if it is the coziness the house offers or simply the warm greetings, but going here is always an enjoyable experience. They have great pricing and a knowledgeable staff who are a perfect combination of professional and friendly. They also offer easy parking on a quiet street, which personally is a huge plus. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

From blue hair to beards, this place is my favorite spot so far! The staff is exceptional in their human to cannabis relations. Frank kept up with my bad jokes while recommending delish products. I am never not coming here. I'm lucky I was in proximity to have Leafly refer me there or I'd never have thought to stop. Seriously though, this was a lucky find and everybody should go there. ... just not when I'm there...

Really liked this one. Good scene..Really like the fact that the rec and med are separate. Really felt like the budtender was cool no matter what I bought. Whether I bought top shelf or bargain. He was happy to tell me about either. Seemed genuinely proud of the store and the inventory. He knew about the products. All the things a medical cardholder appreciates when they go to get their meds. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars for quality was when I looked at the testing date it was kinda old. It was good, and tasty. But imagine what It could have been had it been a little fresher... But all things considered I will certainly return to this store.

These guys are really great!! From prices to product to staff I'd say they are 2nd to none. I've been using 2nd step for a few years now, they are always up to date on the laws and follow them to a T. Never had a complaint here, from ownership to the floor they're the best. If you haven't been by yet I'd recommend anyone to stop by!

Shopped there twice a week until the selection of prerolled joints dropped sad to say i was told tuesday all would be cool my next visit and lets say one strain a weak one at that will satisfy nobody sorry i will take my business some place else

So, because we run low on our House Pre Rolls for a short time you decide to blast us? Even after you say that you "shopped there twice a week" until that time. Then, you say that our available strain was a "weak one that will satisfy nobody." Ok, it was a 1g $5 hand produced bud cone with a crutch. And, there were several other brands of pre rolls available: TJ's Organics, Lucky's, Mama Lou's, and Twax.
You decide to blast our "Service" with a "1"..... seriously? You obviously shopped us numerous times prior to this and was taken care of. And you go on to give us a "2" for "Atmosphere" yet you do not critique us. We are clean, well lit, with great employees who are happy to serve. Yet, you don't recognize that. So, because you didn't get the exact strain and type of House Pre Roll on one occasion you blast everything about our business and what we strive to provide to our friends, customers and patients? I ask you, are you really that entitled?

I think this is a great website. As someone who is new to OMMP, I have found the information on all the dispensary's so valuable. I like being able to know what to expect when I go to a new dispensary. You guys are the best.

First dispensary I've come across that takes card which is pretty convenient. Having 2 buildings is slightly confusing and the layout once in the building isn't the easiest to navigate if it's your first time either

This shop has the consistently best cannabis in Salem. Prices are best that I've seen as well. The cannabis ranges from the cheaper stuff to some really gorgeous strains, really high grade stuff. I've never been let down here. This is my favorite shop in the city. Highly recommended.

Hello, I am really confused by your review. You say the "only good deals coming out of here are the pre rolls." But, we have a special that has Old School Purple at $6 per gram. Also, we have 9 different strains available on our value shelf at $8 a gram. Every Tuesday, we provide RSO/FECO type oil and CBD edibles to cancer patients and other severely ill people. The oil is dropped to $110 for 5g. Yesterday and today, we are offering TJs Chocolate Kush for a dollar off and taking 20% off of our Chocolust Hearts. Last week, we we dropped our Smokiez bites to almost cost. Also, we dropped the price of our BOOM CO2 shatter extracts that are all over 80% THC; "NYSD" (85.6% THC); "OG" (85.6% THC); and "Valley Girl" coming in at 87% THC; to $20 per 1/2 Gram. So, while your first statement is confusing your closing really baffled us. "theyre lowest one on the shelf is like 10 rocking 26% (ex) but to each his own." We have no control over the 20% tax that is charged by the State of Oregon (17%) and City of Salem (3%). That is just the cost of being able to sell and buy marijuana in Oregon. So, our $8g has to go out at $9.60 with tax. We are also confused by the "(T)heyre lowest one on the shelf is like 10 rocking 26%." You used theyre wrong. That form means they are and it should have had an apostrophe for the contraction. We assume you meant that in the context "their" as in belonging to. Again, we have no idea what this means because we do not have any $10 grams or really any flowers right now that are 26%. However, we are the only purveyors of the best brands in Oregon such as TJ's and Uplifted. Plus our friend the Jungle Doctor who was featured this month in Stoner magazine. Very comfortable place to get what you need.
best in Salem Fast service as well a highly knowledgeable staff... always able to quick steer me in the right direction.. highest quality meds in town as well one of the more diverse selections.. have already gone numerous times since receiving my OMMP card less than a month a ago an this place will definitely be my hone location 👍
