I too was a first time cannabis buyer and the experience was excellent and worry free thanks to the wonderful staff. They were compassionate about my medical condition teaching me what strains would work best for me.

I have been going to this dispensary for over a year now, and it is always an enjoyable experience every time. The staff here are super helpful and friendly, and give you great recommendations. Hands down it is a great place. I want to try the other dispensary close to me but I don’t have any reason to leave HCI.

I think the location is ok.... the prices are pretty high for cannabis. I'm a medical patient from another state, I'd get better quality cannabis for a much more reasonable price. When they have a "sale" I laugh. They don't come close to a "sale" when they sells grams of concentrates for $50-$60 a gram with no price break.... So far in my experience, this dispensaries out to make more money than it is to help patients.

Received my MMC about two weeks ago, I have been in about four times and the staff is great. I have worked with a few different individuals and everyone seems very knowledgeable and very helpful! Not just helpful but wanting to help!!! They are a big help in figuring out what is going to work for my pain from Trigeminal Neuralgia and fatigue from MS.

I love the staff members here, they are always very helpful. They always have a great variety of products to choose from, and they are always running some kind of deals. I have psoriasis and have battled with it since my teens, I have found a product here at the dispensary called RSO that I have applied directly to my skin, and it has cleared it up. Everyone, from the Security Staff to the Pharmacy Staff, recognizes Clients and treats each with care and compassion. I can attest to the fact each of the people I have had the pleasure to work with are professional, knowledgeable, caring and always pleasant. GREAT STAFF!!!

Great location, right off of the interstate. Great advisors and very friendly and welcoming. I just wish they’d carry the same stuff I usually get. Seems they never have the stuff I’ve previously tried when I go get resupplied.

after 3 times of getting my mobile orders wrong and not doing anything to make it right I highly recommend you don't use this dispensary. they never do anything to make it right. save yourself the trouble and go to sauget. I hate saying this because I tried so hard to make it work but they don't look out for their patients. sad to say because I really liked some of the staff.
