I love this place people are friendly helpful overall great atmosphere. Sometimes customers are impatient and give the staff a hard time when in reality sometimes it just takes time. No their system is not perfect but in time things will get better. But the quality Of flower is poor I’ve been disappointed so many times I’m scared to try anything new. Concentrates are usually on point. But then it comes again to their prices yes they are making a killing we all know this but hopefully within this next year our medical prices will drop low Since we were here from the beginning! Parking lots is one in/out. Stressful at busy times. Way overpriced. If you're traveling don't bet on this place for bulk puchase to keep you going, unless you're feeling spendy. Helpful staff, friendly. Front desk can become confusing with open area and folks milling around the counters. Restrooms spacious and right in the front.Traffic control inside and out might be a problem with legalization in 2020. Light in the flower selection. I'll stop here again only because I have to.

I do not give 5 stars cause there is always room for improvement. I love the people who work here their a work in progress like me...trying to figure out what works for each client has to be hard...So the product is good quality they do not always have stocked what I am looking for. But I always love what I get. Price is an issue for those of us on a tight budget with limited income. Put hopefully as the nation gets more accepting of the products medicinal value that will change..and recreational will be looked up less poorly. Atmosphere is great very friendly staff, knowledgeable about product and have been on point with recommendations. Thanks so much for helping thru the process.

You couldn't ask for better people than the employees of HCI Collinsville. They really take the time to get to know you, your likes, and dislikes. They are knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. They actually go out of their way to make your overall experience the absolute best it can be. I had some problems with a preloaded pen one time and they really took care of me. Tony, Justin, John, Brady, and Gina (just to name a few) are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They truly care about the patients. Thank you HCI Collinsville!. Your kindness never goes unnoticed or unappreciated!

I was really impressed with the knowledge and patience that the employees had. I had visited other places across the country and was very pleased with this one in my area. Wait times aren't too bad and product is very nice. I would recommend and will be returning.

The staff is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. They answer any questions you may have and are willing to research anything they maybe insure of. They make you feel really welcomed there.

Its a good location, but i justbwish that they would have the products out to be seen and smelled etc. A better selection woukd be only a plus, including more products like grinders dab rigs papers pipes and so on.

Way too over priced and the workers are not very personable no one could ever remember me even though I went once a week. At TGS the staff members know their patients and take good care of them. This place is crazy and is just worried about getting you in and out.

I'm in my second year here and am so grateful to all the staff. I'm older and have been able to get rid of ALL prescription pain pills no matter what they were for. I'm still experimenting with strains(think I've found my top 3) and enjoy the journey. It took me awhile to feel comfortable buying "pot" but I'm really ok with it now ;-}

My first visit was a week and a half ago, and it went very smooth. The young lady was so very very helpful. She explained the products extremely well. All of the employees where very helpful and patient with me. The atmosphere was calming and relaxing. Very impressed.

I love HCI they have the widest variety I've seen all over especially on 1/2 oz. and 1 oz . they give a discount for the green bag every visit and if you do an Express order they give an additional discount. thumbs up. High ly recomend!!

The quality of the flower (depending on cultivator since they even carry the lesser) is not what i have a problem with. I never was disappointed in my medicine. My problem is the attitude of the workers, and how they push me to buy unnecessary items. They don't seem to know much about the products, and they carry everything from good cultivators to crappy ones. This just seems like a "for the money" kind of company. They told me it would take weeks to change dispensaries which was just not true, they also told me the other dispensaries wouldn't have any good products, also simply not true. The wait til is crazy and other places offer discounts, and they will fix problems in a timely manner. I have had problems with disposable pens and they basically laughed at me and told me I was using them wrong. Meanwhile at the dispensary i switched too, i had a problem with a cartridge and they got me a new one!!! Its just ridiculous
