Seeds, seeds, seeds. For the prices paying I don’t expect to be seeding my buds. 1/8 I pulled out 10 seeds. I’m looking for quality, not quickly produced stressed out bud.

Love this place! The staff is friendly, nice, professional. If you watch their menu, they offer decent sales on products. Wait time is short.

They open a rec only location in Fairview heights, however continue to prioritize Rec over medical patients. I just waited in line as an entire room of recreational shoppers were cleared out while the clown running medical can't even make eye contact and maybe a "hey be right with you" cuz he's flirting so hard with the girl he's waiting on. Then as myself and the other gentleman waiting start to get visibly frustrated he yells at us to jump in front of the rec line and made it seem like we were idiots for not knowing rudeness is their policy for making sure people get their medicine. solid iwork!!!!!!!!

quality and selection of flower was not very good at all got about 10 seeds out of 3.5 of the strawberry only 2 selections of flower

The high prices and long lines are expected given that the rec market is new to IL and this is the only game in town in the STL metro area. What is unexpected is the shortage of selection (even in flower) and receiving items with a different label than on the menu. Excited for more options to be available in the future.

Always great to come here! Prices are high compared to other states but they should be workin on that. Good selections and friendly bud tenders!!

Been to dispensary’s all over. Never been the 2nd day of Rec. They did everything in there power to make everything go quickly as possible im impressed. Wasn’t impressed with the flower per say more less the tax but it’s not the dispensary fault. I’m sure it’ll get better but the process was well thought out. My cashier was Kyle and he was very professional and friendly, despite the line he took the time to ask and answer any questions is had, thank you HCI when I’m in town next I’ll be back

Amazing

The lines are too long for no reason. You wait outside for hours in a cattle like line. Once your ID is scanned you enter where they take your order. Then you walk up to the cashier to review and purchase your order. I don’t understand why it takes hrs at this dispensary to get weed. It makes no sense when the menu is limited with items.

Always fast, always friendly. Great products. Due to COVID the procedures are a little annoying but understandable and I appreciate the effort to stop the spread of COVID! I can’t wait to see this dispensary when it’s in full swing once Illinois can move into Phase 5. Keep being awesome!

Overpriced for junk quality. The wait in line definitely wasn't worth it! I thought I'd buy because supposedly medicinal is more potent than what I buy off a private dealer. Yeah right! Boy they screwed me. You live and you learn. Will never return.

Best selections and we'll organized. No long wait in line and the most amazing customer service

Organized, efficient. Only complaint is that i could not add to my order once i proceeded to check out window. Associate told me i should have planned better and could have changed my order while waiting but once at window no updates to order! Another stupid response and rule that prevents customer service not enhance it! And impacts their profitability i am sure. Plus i stood and watched another customer do it! Selective privilege BS!
