I love the quality of the products, here. Good, fresh bud and shake. One experience of seedy bud, but no big deal. They sell wonderful edibles here, particularly the Hale products. The atmosphere is a bit sterile and government-like, but that may be mandated by law, IDK. Basically, “Next! The name on your order, please?”

I was here about a month ago and had a GREAT experience! Since I am back in town I will DEFINITELY have to visit again.

I dont like the shuttle drivers or security staff or parking lot workers. Ignorant and rude. fairly well run. too expensive.

So I never leave reviews but after my second horrible experience at HCI I felt I need to share my experience. First, I get the need for the bus and why we have to use but it can be a hassle. The first bad experience was when I arrived I parked but the buses were running late so I decided to walk. The website says I can so I did. No where did is say that I needed a yellow ticket and the parking lot workers watched me walk out without letting anyone know. So when I arrived the security told me I had to walk back and get a ticket. I showed him my info and told him where I parked but he couldn't of been bothered to have an adult conversation. So I walked back and rode the bus. I was about an hour past my time but it finally happened. Today was the final straw. This order I did not receive the QR code, I looked in spam and all that but no email. I texted and emailed HCI but no response untill I had to get a little snippy with them. So I got around the QR code and showed them my ID and came inside. When arriving to the counter I was told I couldn't purchase anything due to my expired ID. I told them that was not true and I even stated I've been here 4 separate occasions with the expired ID. So no sale, I was furious because I drove an hour to get here, wait 30 mins on the bus, get all the way inside to be told I couldn't buy anything. What made me even more made is they don't tell anyone!! So, I texted the hotline and was told that was wrong and I could purchase the product. They said to come back and shop with us :). I received this message after I have already arrived back and my car and this just sent me even more into a rage. So now we have two employees saying two different things. Hope, the texter told me they were not taking expired IDs before but we are now. Which I find funny because I've been there before with the dame expired ID and was never questioned. With the rude security, high prices, lack of knowledge, I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

$20 more for an 1/8th or a cartridge than any other dispensary I have ever been too. I can't wait for more places to open up so I don't have to go back. All my friends agree that they have burned a bridge and we are going somewhere else. Price gouging does not create "come back" customers. You should have looked at the long term and not went for the quick buck.

I've been about 5 times now, and I hate to say it, but the pandemic is the best thing to happen for customers of this dispensary. The ability to pre-order online, and choose your pickup time is awesome. Riding the shuttle, not so awesome. That is the one thing I'd like to have changed. Prices are still on the high side, but quality and selection has improved. On a good day, there are 5 selections of flower. I still see some seeds, but they are getting rarer.

Everyone so nice! BUT only 5 cash registers running on 1/15/20 while on day #1 of rec sales- they had 9 registers going! One choice of flower, and it is not any good at 60$ an eighth! Security guard yelled at folks walking on the grass as we exited the store....but the alternative was to walk on the road w fast moving cars...sidewalk was filled w people in line!

Went to lot was told I could walk to there a quarter mile id say saw someone I knew got ride to front was told I would have to walk back cause he saw me get out of car then walk back again wtf iam not in kindergarten was told it was OK guy was a big douch dont go better places around treat you like cattle and no respect had to walk away before i got to mad for there sake

After living in California and Colorado, this is exactly what I'm looking for. Yes, new rec states have learning curves, of course there will be lines (Ever wait for some Travis Scott or Yeezy's to drop at a location? Or an Apple product?) Did you ever wait on black friday to get a rare deal? Experienced travelers and business minded people understand this. So if you are an Illinois resident, apply for your Med Card. Remember that as it grows, more shops open, more variety appears, prices level out, it becomes normal and the hype does down. The owner and managers did a pretty great job of talking to everyone and answering questions in the 30 degree morning, that is a solid move guys! $400 on my 1st visit and happy as can be. We will definitely be back.

Went the first day, purchased the strawberry 17, the thc is 35%, some of the best I've had, went back 2 days later, bought same stuff, when the cashier laid it on the counter, I said that's a different package, he said yes, but same stuff, I didn't look at package till I got home, then I saw thc is 19.9 %, looked at my recipe, still was charged the 35% tax, Even the menu said between 25% - 35%, if they want to be known as a reputable business, they need to change some practices, Be upfront, be honest. Adjust your tax rate to the package your are selling.

This is my favorite dispensary. We just moved from Chicago and by far Hci in collinsville has the best inventory and the bud tenders are easy to talk to and knowledgeable! Definitely worth visiting , if you haven’t yet. I’m fairly new to cannabis and they have really helped me understand the best strains for my needs! I am a medical patient.

Love the service they are well organized , you'll be in and out in no time.

The good - they sell legal weed. The bad - high prices, long lines, long waits in the parking lot, and unfulfilled online orders when at the register. Fool me once...

The workers here are excellent and helpful and friendly and polite. Love them! They are GOOD PEOPLE. They really care about finding what works best for you. However, if you're in rush they understand that as well and get you out as quickly as they can. The location is excellent, can't wait to see what new changes I've only had my card less than a year and they have raised their prices at least 5 times. Plus for the past 2 months they've had almost no flower. I thought to myself I bet they'll raise the prices again once they get some flower in to make up for lost profit. Guess what? Today they listed a gram for $22!! Everything that's affordable here keeps going up. I have family that live in other legal states and they said the prices should come down once recreational goes into effect. We are talking about Illinois here so I don't know if that's true for this broke ass state. If this place is truly compassionate about helping medical patients, they need to make stuff more affordable for everyone, not just people who can afford it. Their online express order is AMAZING. All in all, still like the place, just not the prices.

Great product, great people. It’s not your average dispensary experience because they’re so busy all the time but it’s still an excellent.

Far better prices than the competitor. Friendly staff. Make sure to select the earliest pickup time because they don’t pull the items when you place the order so they can sell out.

Nice staff and bud tenders. The whole standing in line for an hour in the rain didn’t really make my day, but it’s a popular product with currently limited distribution and supply. We’ll get there. Selection somewhat limited for Rec. but glad they’re looking out for their medical folks and it send to be getting better.

Better than expected. We went on day 5 of legalization. Only waited 1:52(I timed it) from - the end of the line, a block away, down the sidewalk and back to the street corner - to the checkout line. the nosy PoPo was in there giggling at all the stoners and making people nervous, but other than those weirdos, we had a good time. Traffic was enthused. Friendly toots were heard every couple of minutes. Everyone left the dispensary with smiles. Perma-grins way before they got back to the car, it was great! The wait was worth it. I read in the newspaper that this place had made plans for months and were busy preparing for legalization. They were one of the few shops able to ride the rush. Will definitely be back and will definitely recommend.

We're almost to March and they still act like they opened yesterday. High prices, 1.5hr+ wait times, no selection, limit 1 per customer on almost everything and can't even keep a live menu updated. Most of cashiers I've witnessed seem bored and uneducated about the products. Last visit(Feb21) I saw two girls behind a desk, with gloves and alcohol, wiping permanent marker off laminated cards...with both lobbies full, as well as a full line outside. The manager is constantly walking around with a serious face. The most enthusiastic and nicest employees I've met, were the older lady and gentleman who greet you in the lobby to start the process. With the insane amount of money this place is making and the vast number of people wanting medicine, you would imagine they would be more organized by now. They quality of their products also seem to be an issue. I've ready many reviews about vape cartridges going bad and nasty prerolls. Personally, the flower I've tried has been descent. Both were a bit dry and one didn't really didn't impress me with taste. I am a Collinsville local and was to keep returning, but please focus more on quality products and good experiences.
