Don’t know why hey have only 3 flower there site shows no info on the thc/cbd percentages ,and hasn’t updated in 2 days,what’s going on?

The staff at the Springfield location is first rate. I am severely disabled and they did everything possible to make certain my visit there as painless as possible.

Good service, and surprisingly fast considering the early post legalization demand. There was a bit of a line, but the seats in the waiting area are super comfy so that's not even a problem.

Grace was the budtender who helped me with my intake and was very informative and professional!! Ever since that process I've asked for her to help me. Most don't understand, but for some, this is the first time they've ever dealt with this particular medication and Grace seems to keep that in mind when helping the customers. I really appreciate her and hope to see her stick around!!!

I'm considering switching. They were recently bought by another company. All their deals disappeared and they appear to be having supply and selection issues. When I am able to get what I need it is of good quality but they can't seem to keep it in stock.

I had my 1st visit yesterday. I consulted with Steven. He was so great! He was so patient with all my questions, very professional, and informative. It was completely obvious that he truly cares about helping people. I am 58 yrs. old and this avenue for pain relief is very exciting to me. Thanks HCI!!

You guys need better deals! Compete with the other store in town. Build the deal and they will come!

What a wonderful experience! I had a gentleman with glasses help me out... I think his name was Brandon?... anyway, Brandon was so knowledgeable, he told me about all of his cats, and was such a genuine soul! xoxo *kisses* to Brandon! I LOVE HCI!

Due to the switch of owner/mgrment it has went down hill I switched and don’t recommend prices went up and the loyalty program went from 5% to 3% and no more green bag discount very disappointed and the staff are not happy with the change so switch dispensary’s

Parking is a joke. How are disabled ppl supposed to walk a block to get thier medicine??!! We dont all have handicap placards! Then you have to feed the meter on top of it. Location definitely should have been thought out more. Location aside, I have been a patient at hci for a few months & everytime I go the selection is worse & worse. Especially for cartridges!! I switched my dispensary to maribis and I'm excited for my 1st visit.

New Corporate ownership, Ascend, ruined a great place. They took away deals, reduced selection and raised prices. Switching to Maribus

Not sure how this location is still in Bidens? Prices continue to spiral up, parking is atrocious. Staff are kids and mouth breathers and have zero customer service skills, product is sketchy and numbers seem fudged in comparison to actual effects. The competitor in town, Maribis beats HCI like a drum. Don’t go there unless you enjoy being serviced by lackadaisical kids.

The prices are ridiculous, parking is a joke and service has degraded in the past year. I won't go back.

It is a nice clean enviroment. They have good k-cup coffee and hot chocolate you can make if you would like. they even put out free munchies every once in a while. The staff is very friendly and fast. They are always nice even when i come in at the last minute. You can acxumalate points to use towards your future purchases. They have tshirt Tuesday get any 1 gram for 10.00$ they have a wheel to spin if your purchase iiiis over 250$ on tuesday with different prizes. They have 5$ off 50$ or more every day if you display something with a HCI imbelem(key chain green bag ect) they have restrooms and are handicapped accessible. They also have express ordering and pickup if you want to order online and pay and pickup later. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
