I was sold the wrong item I tried to exchange it before leaving the store (incompatible cartridge) and was told no, sales final. The manager happened to be the one who waited on me whom sold me the wrong product he was unapologetic and rude. Also I have purchased a couple defective cartridges from this place and they will not back their products like their competitors will.

I was disappointed they weren’t doing curbside because they said they were on the website, but I was actually really happy to go in and see their selection and everyone was super friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back again.
Their bud room is open and they are letting people in with masks which is awesome! I have never seen such a big selection of carts anywhere. Actually they had pretty much everything and for reasonable prices (for Lansing anyway). Definitely check these guys out I will be back for sure! P.S. get the Platinum Cookie pre roll 👌
