Decent dispo.. pretty good covid measures to keep people safe ..I’ve been going to botanica for about 2 months now , they carry grow science .. decent quality on the others .. however after talking to them on my last visit they seemed to raise the price on grow science - if wasn’t for the price hike it would be more frequent

I get attitude from the younger staff everytime I shop here and I have to wait over an hour for an online order of just a battery for a cartridge! When I asked about the wait time the lady got super frustrated. Will not be going back

It was a great experience from the time I walked in the door beautiful environment got to the back real quick my order was ready to go the lady behind the counter was extremely beautiful great conversation new well about all aspects of cannabis was just a great a great experience

Favorite place for a good while. However, recently their selection and product availability has greatly declined, yet the prices keep going up. Even the shake is somehow less available but more expensive. Not sure what's happening here but unfortunately I'll be going elsewhere until the prices come back to something reasonable. I hope to be a regular again some day!

This is absolutely the worst dispensary I have ever been to. Botanica special for first time patients is $15 off your purchase! I asked if they had any specials and the guy rudely looked at me and said no. The place had more employees than customers that’s always a sign of overpriced product. The bud tender (HE) needs to learn customer services skills..... This is supposed to be a medical dispensary, But they’re pricing is higher than Las Vegas! Unbelievable

Changed their rewards program with no heads up. I was one purchase away that would get me $100 ISC. Now it's worth an eighth of shake. Vets also can't stack their benefit with their happy hour. I do like their Beeline service. Staff are also friendly.

First time coming here, I order 2 different eighths online, to save myself some time and aggravation. Yeah, nice try. I wait for about 20 minutes after checking in, get called back to find out they did not have the primary strain that I wanted, so they just threw 2 of my second choice in the bag and called it a day. I understand that items may sell out, but communication is key! I really wish someone had text me to tell me they were out of what I wanted, so I didn't waste my time coming in! Then to top it off, the strain they did decide to put in my bag did not look like the pics online, stock photos maybe? Needless to say I left without purchasing anything. Tucson dispensaries really need to step up their customer service game. It's all about $$$ not patients!

I drive a little extra just for their honesty and they obverse a patient; my first time I was having wild muscle spasms so I was told that Jenny’s Kush would be good for me to try. The second time I was in horrific pain so I bought the Venice Cookie Co the chipster 1000 a bag and it works.

Clean and open atmosphere. Lots of room in the lobby do social distancing could be maintained. The displays in the back were very nice and appealing. Bid tender was kind and helpful, patient in helping me make a decision on a product.

By far the nicest shop in Tucson but prices continue to rise and availability declines. Today, you can buy flower and cartridges at nearby competitors for lower than Botanica charges for shake and distillate syringes.
