Great neighborhood, great facility with private consultation rooms and zero pressure to know everything about everything. Sarah was amazing and helped me understand anything I had a question about!

Alonzo did a wonderful job with my first experience to a Colorado dispensary. I seriously will always remember both times I visited him and that shop. everyone in there were so knowledgable and friendly. I joked several times about never leaving and actually moving to denver just because of Alonzo great personality! my buddy daniel and I will definitely be back to see you guys! keep being awesome!

I LOVE botanico BUT this chick who works there ruined the experience for me today 06/12/18 @ 5:25pm (couldn’t catch her name) she was sarcastic and just overall made me uncomfortable about asking her any questions. I am the customer, I don’t know all the info you do so next time anybody asks any questions it’s because WE LITERALLY DON’T KNOW DON’T BE ALL RUDE ABOUT IT LIKE “nope, nope, nope” super annoyed.

Hands down the best dispensary in RiNo. The combination of quality and knowledgeable service that you receive is what sets them apart.

I was in town from Kansas for the week and stopped by this location twice. The first time I went in I had a great experience. The budtender was a cute, sweet girl. She was very friendly and seemed to really enjoy being there. She was knowledgeable and helpful by answering all of our questions. She helped me make my choices without being pushy. When I had a chance to look at and try the in house wax, it was great quality. The wax wrapped in plastic film. I went back a second time. The wait wasn't long. The budtender this time was a man. He answered our questions fine, but seemed uninterested in helping us. He was on his cell phone while we were looking around. I bought another gram of their in house wax. It was the same strain i had purchased previously. This one was not packaged like the other, it was wrapped in what looks like a mini cupcake liner. It's not even wrapped well. It looks like everything was just rolled in a ball. The wax is on both sides of the paper and it won't come off without taking paper with it. I can't get all the wax off the paper and I can't get all the paper off the wax. It's also was darker than the first batch I bought. Despite my second experience, I'd still recommend this dispensary. I like the way it's set up and that they don't have a huge and overwhelming menu.

I can’t remember the young ladies name who was our bartender. (Sorry) But she was great. My Wife and Cousin visited Colorado for a hike and visited this dispensary based on the reviews. We couldn’t of been more happy with the product and service. Top shelf flower and the staff is very knowledgeable. Thank you for creating such an inviting atmosphere.

Have been to Botanico many times, but first time having Kelli as my bud tender, she did an amazing job, helped me narrow down what I wanted and was very knowledgeable with products and very out going. Awesome customer service by her, she deserves a raise. (*cough jokes) Will be coming back more often.

Sarah answered all of my boyfriends questions perfectly and had great advice for my personal needs as well creating a wonderful experience ! She also gave me great places to see art and get local jewelry! The specials are awesome and they have a great selection , definitely recommend !

This was the first time my wife and I had been to Denver, and we chose Botanico for the positive reviews we saw here on Leaffly. The reviews are spot on, Botanico is nothing short of top notch. Our budtender gave us the choice of a private room or their "express lane" if we knew what we were looking for. Since their menu online is updated and accurate I knew what I was looking for and chose the express. The budtender was extremely knowledgeable, he knew on the spot what each strain was, what they were crossed with, and their effects. Based on his suggestions we picked up Gucci OG and Cherry Pie (both are hard to find), he nailed it on both EXACTLY what we were looking for. And to top it off $10 a gram!! That's $5 to $7 less then what we pay at other dispensaries here in Western Colorado and double the quality! If you're in Denver these guys are the best, don't even bother going anywhere else....

I stopped in to get something for my back (lots of steel in my spine) cause I was having an unusually bad pain day. The security guard was awesome (they don't get enough credit. I go out of my way to thank them) and made me laugh pretty hard. This set the stage for a truly enjoyable purchasing experience. The young man behind the counter was SO helpful and caring. I told him I was having a bad pain day. He asked how I hurt my back and when I told him how it happened he stiffened up, stuck out his hand and thanked me for my service. He then advised me that the product I had picked out may not be the best option for me. He turned me on to something else and it was also cheaper (it helped so much! I was almost in tears cause I felt so much better so quickly). This kind of honest salesmanship is what breeds loyal customers. Even if I don't need anything I do stop in to pick a little something up as a "thank you" for treating me with respect and dignity. Thank You So Very Much!!!

CC the budtender was awesome! I went to try Sour Joker and she could not have been more informative about the strain...and the other strains I asked about. Great first experience and go see CC if you travel to Botanico!

The store by far has an interactive crew, right when you walk in your greeted and asked to come to the back for a one on one with your bud-tender. On top of that they answer question for the patient rather than suggesting products. Concentrates here by far the best.
