Most welcoming dispo I’ve been to! As soon as I walked through the door I was met with smiles and cheerful attitudes. The person who checked me out stood with me for about half an hour helping me figure out what the best products would be for me. I definitely recommend this dispensary and WILL be going back soon.

Well didn't even know I had this Dispensary Gem so close to the house. Well I have say my first time going to this Dispensary I noticed the friendliness of staff and nice and organized place and it was easy doing business with them unfortunately the first time I went had issue with my product noticed it after I went home and Megan was so kind to resolve the issue with me with no problem. I've learned in the past not leave bad reviews without speaking to the manager first to see if they resolve the issue and Megan the manager did just that. I'm glad this Dispensary is close to the house and it was a pleasure doing business with them and with that I highly recommend Cannabist Illinois on Milwaukee location in Chicago.

Clean, comfortable space. The process is confusing for newbs but the staff will happily help if you ask. I came in get something to relieve my chronic pain. Getting in and providing my medical card was easy. The menu is overwhelming at first but with staff help I was able to get it working. I loved that they have a filter for “Pain”. This was unbelievably helpful. In the end, I was and was able to find several options that I wanted to try and, so far, they have all been very helpful. I will absolutely be back.

Medical Patients are treated like rec. users. They don't honor menu prices, claim it's third party. It's a mistake on third party, not their problem. Defective vapes are being sold constantly. Is the owner hurting for money ??
