I put in my transfer to switch dispensary through Colombia cares website and their website is a fail I’ve been left without my medicine for 6 days now put in the transfer on a Wednesday called Friday the transfer didn’t take yet call Monday is what I was told mind you nobody from colmbia told me I could shop at my prior dispensary until the transfer went through until today when I called again on Tuesday now I decided that their costumer service was so poor and the possibility that the switch wouldn’t take for a while who knows how long it would really take WITHOUT MEDICINE. NOT WILLING TO TAKE THAT CHANCE I guess what I trying to say is if your trying to switch to Colombo care make sure you stock up on meds cause it might take a while plus the staff isn’t very helpful stay away or at least you know what to do in this case

Columbia Care is the third dispensary I have tried in Chicago. I love that I can get weights larger than 1/8s. They have a large selection and are the closet to my home.

Since changing dispensaries to Columbia Care was 1 of the best things I have done in a while. The staff and product selection is fantastic not to mention the deals and reward perks are fantastic. 1 great dispensary.

I really feel like I lucked out by having CC as my local dispensary. I love how kind everyone is and the set-up is pleasant. My doctor sent me to Tom Cohen, who I was assured would know what I needed. Tom quickly helped me to get my bearings and his vast experience was instrumental in finding me the right things that would turn my life around. CC is now officially my happy place.

Been to many dispensaries in Illinois, I have to tell you, customer service is excellent here, willing to help you and make every effort to be comfortable. Atmosphere there everyone's happy to see you, which is good when your not feeling well sometimes. They're ready for all types of questions, which helps. I like the quality in the many options to choose from, which helps I don't have to really go anywhere else, this place helps a lot. Parking is too easy. I like this place, I like it a lot. Definitely recommend it..

Living out in the western 'burbs, I have not been to a lot of different dispensaries -- in fact, I've only been to two others. But I was going to be in Jefferson Park and wanted to try a different dispensary, so I changed my registration to Columbia Care and stopped by. I can't currently shop here on an ongoing basis -- that three hour commute each way is a killer, since I only Ventra everything (no car). But the entire staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, and the store is very beautiful and peaceful -- a great vibe. The selection is better than my other place; Columbia seems to deal with more cultivators. In addition, they have a variety of specials running as well as a new customer $30 discount on your first purchase. And, not to dwell on it, but the staff are very generous and will go out of their way to assist you as much as they can. Haley and her staff (Kristi waited on me!) are wonderful. Honestly, this place is first-class and you can get your medical cannabis products here with complete confidence and ease. In addition, parking is always available right out front (?!!!) and it's two blocks from the Jeff Park CTA/Metra station, so it's actually really convenient. Give them a try! Highly recommended.

I love the ladies who work here, they are all super friendly! I recently switched from another dispensary and I like that there is more variety here - since I am new to MMJ it's been a lot of experimentation to find what works best for my symptoms. Also, they always have deals and specials which is hard to find in the city. They make it affordable to obtain my medicine. Also Ebony at the front desk is probably one of the nicest people I have ever spoken to!

The edibles have been helping me sleep the whole night so happy with Columbia great products happy customer for sure

Unfortunately, I have to update my last review. Pricing is pretty standard maybe even a little better than other dispensaries! They always have some sort of deal going on and if you're plan your medical needs correctly and can ration it's smarter and will save you money and time. The atmosphere... other dispensaries are more open, brighter, more colorful, and not nearly as locked down. I don't mind it, but others might. Service now here is where things take a nose dive. I'm a medical patient. Illinois just started recreational this year. I've been medical for almost 2-3 years now. I can definitely tell who is there to help patients and I can tell who is there to just sell weed ... I'm a patient it shouldn't feel like I'm talking to a drug dealer. That is the whole reason I got my medical card. To treat my disease! Sometimes the sales associate doesn't help me find the best deals, hence charging me more, I won't name names. I've had a problem with a product and the person refused to fully refund or fully replace it hence I got shorted $15 because I have a food allergy 🙃 and edibles aren't FDA regulated so they often use labels they aren't supposed to... This put the cherry on top, I had an issue with my credit card. and instead of helping me fix it, the person kind of just put there hands up and walked away like "fuck you". But a newer employee came and helped me and it was a small inconvenience but he fixed it and I was able to leave with my medicine. I am appalled that the person who had been working there longer than anybody did not give a shit about helping me nor did they seem to care about making the sale! If it wasn't for the cheap product, the deals, and the fact that a handful of the employees are absolutely amazing, I would not return.

I switched to them from another dispensary and ill say they are 100× better good deals and great selection of product if your thinking should u switch or if your deciding on who to go with ill pick them.

Important. I started my patronage at Colombia Care one year ago, gave a sterling first impression review, and have been a loyal patron of the place since. This is an update regarding my 2019 as a customer. I did my due diligence researching a dispensary choice and have maintained tabs on the status of alternate dispensaries in Illinois. Throughout 2019, Colombia Care won out in its field, all things considered. Pick any area of shopping and the dispensary was great if not the best. As for the paramount quality of what product they make available, here medical patients have had a continuum of strengths and forms to choose from while other dispensaries were selling only teenths or none to medical patients! As a point of fact to future patients, my best ever orders have been my latest orders. For some immediate feedback, this is how my last purchase went: Street parking out front, no waiting outside, five minutes waiting inside, my turn and I get an eighth of Verano Motorbreath flower at 34% THC, a Verano Super Glue cartridge at 91% THC, two Mile High Mint bars, and two orange chocolate bars, each at less cost than any other dispensary! Mmmmmph!

She is such a warm & friendly, efficient cannabis professional! If you haven’t already, go check them out they are truly setting the bar for IL dispensaries.

I just came in to make a purchase, and at the register I realized I had counted my money wrong and was $10 short. My bud tender worked with me to get me the right products to fit within my budget, and I walked out with everything I intended to get! As always the products are top notch, and the bud tenders are always completely honest about which products are worth my money and which aren’t. I love this place!

Came into Columbia Care for the first time, since getting my med card. As a person who deals with serious anxiety issues, once I got there, all the staff was amazing and very welcoming. They helped me answer every question that I had, plus even helped me find the right products for my conditions. I'm definitely glad I decided to go with this dispensary, you even get a free $30 credit as a new customer and a loyalty program which is a huge bonus.

I just switched dispensaries and cannot say enough about Columbia. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and take their time with each customer as needed. The rewards program saves you money and they accept debit cards!
