They need to improve the online pickup experience. As other reviewers have commented I regularly end up spending more time waiting both outside and in vs those customers who just walk up. The frustrating part is how easy this is to fix - just add more workers to the online counter.

By far the best shop in the IE I've been to. GREAT service, chill atmosphere, great product and most importantly no sketchy vibes lol.

I ordered my selections online and received my ready for pick up within 10 mins. I went right in never waited for anything. It was ready some cute boy took my dough and I was back home eating an ice cream sandwich. Wonderful! So fast! I will never wait in line again. 😊

They’re quick if you order ahead, You can jump the line and you’ll be in and out in 10 minutes. Before virus restrictions they had a cool vape bar and a loaded coffee vendor, pretty cool for a place that was a sleazy titty bar for years and years.

Online pickup is so fast and easy. i can order what i want and just go and pick it up avoiding the long weekend lines. all of the employees are nice and friendly. Thumbs up from me for sure!

This place was nice... at first. They go through staff like nothing. Every time we go one of our favorite people is gone because they hated it there or was fired for a dumb reason. The bar for leafly is nice but there's only 1 person there to serve and do order pickups and management just stands behind the counter across the way and does nothing to help. They'll chit chat with someone smoking at the bar while 6 people are waiting for a leafly pickup instead of going to the other side of the bar to try to help customers. The one person behind the bar is trying their best to manage. The staff looks super overwhelmed and there is never enough staff to help with lines at the front desk, bar or selling behind the counter. Customer service went down majorly with everyone here and nobody has a smile on their faces. The atmosphere has totally changed, and not for the better. If management could make better decisions for staffing and took care of their employees it would be a happier place again.

Always have a good selection and online pick up orders is fantastic. Quick stop in and out. But I do recommend they have a sign up for Online pickup Versus walk up customers. Sometimes you have a long line of people with some online orders some not. Might help with The flow of traffic in and out.

I love their pick-up ordering system through Leafly.com! They’re super fast filling the orders and you get to skip the lines and go straight to their dab bar to pick-up your order. The only things I don’t like about the place (why I 3 stared their atmosphere) is they add waaaaayyy too much tax and if you don’t order ahead you end up going through THREE (!!!!3!!!!) lines to buy your stuff! Worst check-in - cash-out process I’ve ever seen at any store ever!

Dude I fucking love this place it honestly feels like my second home👌Service,quality and the atmosphere is wonderful and like ever since they were in a small shop I've always had a great time shopping there, talking with people seeing how much diversity and the different types of people this place brings together is mind blowing to me. I honestly and proudly say that this place is a must come if you're a smoker. Stay Green ✌

The online ordering system is really efficient and easy to use. I appreciate all the variety and the friendly staff. I wish I didn’t work nearby otherwise I’d love to hang out in the lounge when it reopens.

I went this shop and was helped by Beth, i was so impressed with her amazing customer service that I promised a good review but got high and forgot lol found the card in my wallet and remembered so i am keeping my word. She was so patient and helpful and directed my to exactly what I was looking for. Best budtender ive had so i felt compelled to make sure she is acknowledged for her work ethic.
