I’ve been coming to Captain Jack’s for 2 years and I cannot stress the quality of the products they sell. I have tried edibles, cartridges, and flower! I have never been disappointed and know I can get the best bang for my buck! Amazing service with very knowledgeable bud tenders who can answer questions you may have.

I ordered online through leafly. Tax is kinda high but its the nicest herb around. I drive in from beaumont once or twice a month to replenish my stash. Atmosphere is always nice, the staff too. They have more available in store only. But this is a popping place. So I just get whats available online. Definitely recommend!!! I'd actually love to work here so cool!

@Captain Jack's, you get a world class experience. We're to start, first let's talk about the large parking lot, with security. Never feel like I can't find a spot. Security is a pleasant extra. Security is always friend and aware. So let roam inside where you can find a super clean environment, with a courteous and established staff. They know what they are doing! There is a wide floor plan which they are utilizing well. From the concentrate bar, to the newly installed tea bar. Let us not forget the original service bar for the budtenders. So now to the main event, quality of product. They not only have a seriously refreshing and wide variety menu. They provide some of the HIGHEST quality of medicine! I have been coming here for a few months now. This place is clean and very professional. The employees are great. Some more friendly than others but you have that everywhere. They all are very knowledgeable about the products. I always seem to learn something new! The lounge is nice and the smoke bar too! I haven't smoked there but I have sat inside to stall time and talked with the bud tender who educated me on the other tools they have. It was nice and chill. Great place! Pricey but worth it. This will be my only place to shop for now.

I always place my order online and within 10 min I receive a text saying that my order is ready for p/u. For me the whole thing from start to finish takes about 30/45 min. That includes drive time to p/u. Very convenient and fast. You don't find that in many places anymore.

Extremely knowledgeable and personable staff. They're sensitive to needs and welcome educating the customer. Wide variety of quality and rare or difficult to find products. Was able to Reduce pain and shorten by 50% a serious back injury recovery with tincture that was not available elsewhere. Thank God for this team.

I love being able to order online. I check in at the front desk, go to the bar and bam! Order is ready and checkout is seamless. Today wasn’t too busy but on busy days order pickup is the only way to go.

I love that I can order online and they have 2 separate systems for walk ins or online orders. Even when there is a long line it move fast each bud tender takes their time with the customers and makes going there a very pleasant experience and the over all decor and atmosphere is awesome

I purchased Select 1:1 drops. The box labeling in questionable. It appears that Captain Jack label is first down and Manufacturers label is on top. (?) I was told that manufacturers label sometimes come up during shipping so Captain Jack is able to slip their label down then reseal the manufacturer label down over their label. How can you determine if the product was tampered with?. The bottle it self has no tamper resistant covering or lock. I will be reaching out to the manufacturer for more information on their product. I have been coming to Captain Jacks for almost a year now and I cannot begin to explain how extraordinary this place is. The atmosphere is kind and welcoming. I have never once been pushed to buy a specific product but rather shown a wide variety of options and alternatives. Their pickup system is flawless, having me in and out in minutes! Love Captain Jacks and will continue to bring my business here!

This was my 2nd visit and I am so glad that I was told about this dispensary. I am disabled and cannot stand for longer than 30 seconds or so and everyone has been so helpful and accommodating. I will drive from Hemet to San B for the awesome meds they have.

When I know what I want I order online and it’s always ready to go when I get there. The online menu is great but sometimes doesn’t give the best description so if I’m unsure or don’t know what I want I go through the regular line and the bud tenders are always helpful! They have a good variety of everything and I am always happy with what I get

Love you guys and I understand stuff happens but this is medicine and money we're dealing with. Bought 2 grams of dizzy og live resin at 29 a g.i Get home and open up everything just to find out YOU guys miss labeled it. And instead I paid 30 a a gram for a half gram. Your sticker says 1g. Crowns packaging says .5g. Not cool im home now so I'm not gonna waste gas just to address this issue. Please just be more aware whoever makes the labels. Thank you and one love
