I had the pleasure of having salesperson Stevie help me with my order today at Captain Jack's. She was helpful, friendly, personable, and sincere. And actually, all of the salespeople at that place have been great, in my experience.

I highly recommend Captain Jacks!! This is by far the best dispensary that I’ve ever been been to. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!!

They always have something I like in the price range I'm looking for. Today I was helped by Yellow, yes like the color, but she was super nice and went along with my weird sense of humor. Always a plus when they are relatable especially since there a a bunch of new faces that work there.

I’ve been here several times always enjoyed it I live over an hour away. Tomorrows my birthday and apparently I would’ve gotten 25% off but they told me today. Thanks for making my birthday week extra crappy y’all. I spend more in gas than I’d save at this crappy place who doesn’t give a damn about their customers.

Really nice place, very friendly staff. Amber was very helpful and showed genuine interest. Exhalence in Sun Valley has a really good vibe too, but not like spending time here. I was very eel taken care off. Will be back. Highly (pun intended) recommend!

Noah was my bud tender earlier this month and he took his time answering my friends and I million questions. He suggested great prerolls for the vibes we wanted, great edibles, carts, and seltzer. Noah had a HxH sweatshirt that to this day I would pay for. Noah was great and deserves a raise. Will be back next time we're in the area!

Marlon was our bud tender on Wednesday morning. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. My mom and I were very happy with our visit, our products, and especially the service. We'll be back!

Blake was such a huge help at helping find what I was looking for. I don't usually do reviews but he really helped me.

We had no clue about anything when we walked in to Captain Jacks in San Bernardino. My wife was looking for something to help her sleep and help her with anxiety. SteviAnne was so helpful in pointing us towards what would work for her. We decided to pick up something for me to try with my arthritis as well. Not sure about my arthritis, haven’t tried it yet, but the edibles for my wife worked wonderfully for her. We went back the next day to pick up a few more packs for my wife, we live in another state and may not be back anytime soon, and Isaiah helped us get what we were looking for. Both Stevi and Isaiah were great. Thank you both so much for helping us out.

from one Blake to another Blake was a delight to deal with. Super nice, patient and knowledgeable. I usually always feel rushed even though i always buy a ton in the stores when i go. We immediately bonded on him being an Arkansas kid and me an ArkLaTex kid. All the bud I left with is the best i’ve smoked in months. CRU wedding cake is out of this world. Also, the look and feel of the shop is great plus a huge selection.

Yellow was an awesome budtender, I like to stock up when I go flower shopping and always feel like I’m being rushed when I’m asked “is that it for you” or going to the register before finishing my selections. Yellow was more than happy to help, she went to lookup an item that was sadly out of stock, but recommended another good choice. Captain Jack’s is my Go-To spot.

Friendly staff, excellent selection, and great prices! Noah was knowledgeable, positive, and helpful in providing us a wide range of options and covering the specifics of each choice. Blake rang us up and he was also friendly and helpful in getting our order all squared away. Both Noah and Blake went above and beyond and made our first visit a fantastic experience all around!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I usually like to go in and smell the flower before I buy it and ask questions about new edibles (you guys need more salty stuff, btw), but since the pandemic, I've been ordering online. There's a separate, much shorter line when I get there, and I dont have to wait as long. The budtenders are always so friendly and helpful. Make a mistake on your order or want to change or add something when you get there? No problem. These guys and gals will accommodate you. They always have a great selection of flower, edibles and concentrates, as well as merchandise. I usually drop in once a month. NOTE: These guys are being safe, so everyone wears a mask, there are markers on the floor for customers to keep a safe distance. Security will scan you on the way in and check your purse, and i feel a lot safer walking back to my car when I leave, even tbough Captain Jack's is in a nice area of San Bernardino. As Ahnold would say: "I'll be back." :-D

Beautiful shop, great location with lots of parking. Big selection. Pick-up available online or walk in. Many perks for customers, like taco day! Coffee bar open mon- fri, 10-5, with a legit barista (Starbucks quality). Point system available for returning customers.

I’ve been a customer of Captain 🐇since it was in the lil part of the building and they’ve never disappointed. Awesome place, sweet people and bargain prices 🤙🏽
