Captain Jacks is such a wonderful shop. From security to every employee I've come in contact with is always 100% amazing. Great selection, beautiful atmosphere and impressively friendly/helpful staff. Thank you guys for being awesome. I will always return and recommend this place. Also bought a gorgeous tumbler from here and I love it!

Above all other reasons, from the cleanliness and selection, how well organized and accessible they are... it is the people who work at Captain Jack's that make it my go to place. I have always, always dealt with polite and professional employees. Today took the cake though. Yellow was quick to offer her help and was by far the very best part of the day. She listened to what I was looking for, asked a few questions and selected what turned out to be absolutely perfect. great energy, I love this place! Yellow is the best! no... really.

Visited Captain Jacks today, Been coming here for months, hands down the best dispensary Ive been to. The staff is beyond knowledgeable and patient with all the product questions. Staff is always going out of their way to help you find what you need and theyre always in a great mood. Want to give recognition to two people who helped me today. Isaiah was a great help and SteviAnne was great and helpful as always.

I've been coming here for awhile now and usually I have no problems. But today was a different story. Unfortunately, the service I received while trying to pick up my order was horrible! Considering the prices and how far I have to drive to get there and back home, I'd usually say it's worth it- but not today. I went in to pick up my leafy order. Place was packed, per usual, no biggie. I'm typically in and out within 10 mins or less. I waited my turn and when I finally get to the bar counter and ask the gentlemen to redeem my points towards my purchase, he tells me I have to go to the front register or he'd have to call someone. Seriously? What's that supposed to mean? This was the first time I've heard this and it was also the first time I'd try to redeem the points. I had no clue what he was talking about. When I tried to ask what he meant he blew me off and started helping the next customer. Literally, he turned his back towards me and started asking the next woman what her order was! So I went to the register he had pointed to and asked the girl there to help me. She showed me how to use the points and then I had to go back to the original pick up line to pay. Typically, not much bothers me and I don't write reviews unless something really stands out, good or bad, and deserves mentioning. I don't know if this guy was new or if my asking to redeem the points pissed him off, but I waited my turn like everyone else and his customer service was non-existent! I was blown away by how rudely I was treated. Shout out to the ladies working the front desk, though. They are ALWAYS the most pleasant people I encounter there!

I came in today, I ordered a leafly and Quest check me. He is so sweet and very friendly always remembers my name and I love that. I love love love coming here to captain.

This will be my 4th review of the establishment after more than half a year of visits. I just want to start out by saying; the management here is superb. Had a small issue with a previous order; I wrote a review about it, and was contacted today during my visit. I was very surprised at the attentiveness and kindness given to me by Betsy; I was not expecting any type of discount or refund, but the staff here really took care of me! Glad to be here leaving a good review! See you guys soon!

Really great experience. My first time ordering online through Leafly. I would REALLY like it if I could pay through Leafly. Two very minor complaints. The place badly needs signage. I stood in two long lines I didn't need to stand in. There is nothing explaining what to do if you ordered online. Pro Tip, if you ordered online go to the bar at the back of the room. Outside check with the security guard to make sure you are getting in the right line. The online order pick-up line is a LOT faster. My other issue is that I'm just sick of paying three bucks for ATM fees at dispensaries. I have been to some shops that have free ATMs and I don't think that's too much to ask for. All of the employees I talked to were very chill and cool. The place is very well staffed. I will definitely come back here now that I know the drill.

My bud tender Carlos was amazing super very knowledgeable abt all products. Same with my cashier super friendly! One of the best shops I’ve been too!!!

JESSICA! It took me forever to sign up for Leafly, but I had to keep my word. Jessica is an amazing sales associate, full of energy and very informative. This is true of all of CJs employees, but fun is always memorable. I finally got some info on the rewards system after shopping here a few times, which is fine. Not always one to sign up for that anyways, but I'm here a lot. Jess got me hooked up with some immediate reward options, and there are plenty lined up for a reasonable amount of purchases. CJs has always had good service and plenty of Farmers / Herbalist manufacturers that are of good quality. Come here if you want a relaxing atmosphere, and talk to Jess! She'll make you feel at home, which is what CJs has always been about to me.
