Central Ave Compassionate Care (Medical Only)

Everyone is always so nice. I forgot the young ladys name be she is an absolute dream, all her recommendations have been stop on.

The people are super warm and welcoming. The first time, I was walked through the menu and I felt I had lots of time to ask questions. But I’d recommend if it’s your first time, call ahead. But they have great product at good prices. A lot of mixed med/recreational places just don’t have the same feel. It’s safe and cozy.

I have been to this location several times now. Large assortment of products - I especially like their in house edible sour watermelon chews and caramels. Great staff, nice location - great dispensary. I will be a regular visitor.

This is a really good dispensary. They have a great selection of products and the quality is what it should be. I pass by the dispensary that is 7 miles from my house and visit this one instead because the quality at Central Ave Compassionate Care is that much better.

Gentleman at front desk was rude. After going inside and talking with the staff they apologized and gave a 10% off. The staff once inside was kind courteous and knowledgeable!

I love Central Ave. They have the best environment of any dispensary I’ve been to in Ma. Quality products and decent prices. However , Mike is the best budtender I’ve ever had. He was so nice and welcoming and extremely knowledgeable on my first visit , this is now my go to spot . I had some trouble with a purchase and was with another budtender and Mike appeared out of nowhere and immediately took care of my issue . My cartridge wasn’t working so I thought but it was my pen that had died. He had the budtender gift me a new pen . It’s funny ... my username on Leafly is something I heard Mike say on My first visit . A+ service

2 thumbs up for this dispensary. I've been to many of them but compassionate Care is one of my favorites. I used the online order through Leafly and it was very convenient. In and out in 5 minutes even with filling out 1st time paperwork. Highly recommend.

Prices are insane for “quality flower”, they had one bud tender working and another one or two people just shuffling papers. I had to wait to tell them what I wanted after getting skipped in line by 2-3 patients and then had to wait another 15-20 mins for them to get the pre-packaged products. Things moved very slow for only having 2-3 patients in the store. They need to establish some type of line or a number system like a deli lol. After waiting another 15 mins I just had enough and told them “I have an emergency and need to cancel my order”, let them keep my $50 off coupon and left very unhappy. They wouldn’t let me combine that coupon with the first time patient ($25 off) and do not offer a mass health discount (they offer a discount program but didn’t care to look into it). By far the worst dispensary in the state out of the 15-20+ I have been to in the last 3 years.

U can get French King in Hudson at temescall wellness for $48 a 1/8th or if u have a FH they take 15% off making it only $41! Great deal for great flower that u guys charge $60 a 1/8th for?? Both places must get it for same price.? Ayer probably cheaper cause they buy a lot more?! So lower your prices cmon

This was stop #2 from up by NH to Central MA on December 8th. The atmosphere here was substantially better than Patriot Care Lowell but still a bit unwelcoming. Rather than feeling like you can look around, it was more of a "have a seat, we'll get to you". The staff were friendly and there were no issues but it didn't feel as open or welcoming as other places we've been to.

They have the best customer service. Products are the best quality. Wont go anywhere else!!

Great service

I’m writing another review based on my recent experience at Central Ave. I’ve always been a fan, but have been going to other dispensaries based on pricing and quality of particular vape cartridges. First, I recently renewed my medical card and the deal they have for new and renewal patients is 20% off first visit then 4 coupons good for $50 off a $100 purchase (one per use). Today I went back to get some of the new expansive vape menu. I was having an issue with a cartridge and I was given a new battery at no charge and a promise to fully replace the (unused) cartridge if the battery does work. Just a good customer service practice.
