This is my favorite medical dispensary in the Lowell, MA area. The staff is great, they are professional, very knowledgeable and nice. They are very easy to talk to. They have great deals throughout the week and you can't beat their order online & pickup in-store service! I highly recommend Central Ave Care! 🤓👍🏼👍🏼

Best Dispensary I have tried. The best Flower quality I have seen. The customer service is exceptional, very friendly, and informative. The prices are steep is the only drawback. The best all around I highly recommend!

The location is a bit out of the way, but the level of quality products and great service are unsurpassed. Other than not having Blueberry Cheesecake anymore, I’d say that Central Ave is better than most dispensaries in MA.

I like Central Ave for many reasons. They have a very nice facility. It is run a little different, more personal than other dispensaries. I don't find this to be a bad thing. I have found that unlike other dispensaries I have gone to, you get what you pay for so to speak, their discounted strains are not typically because of an abundance of product. It is discounted because of quality, so go for the higher priced product. I very much dislike their packaging choice of pouches, and I love the fact that you can stack discounts.

Central Ave. is top notch. I am going into my third year using this as my primary medical dispensary. I have learned so much from the staff there. Recently, I have been exploring the world of concentrates. Not being very experienced with them, I was so pleased with the information I received about vaporizers and dab hardware. I have now found a way to dispense my medical cannabis very efficiently and effectively. C.A.C.C. will continue to be my favorite dispensary.

Let me say this, from the moment you walk in to the front door, you are greated with an ' hello' and how are you today. Then when you walk into the dispence.. Again you are greeated by ' Hey..( n your name' How r u doing today? N is there anything I can help you with? All done with a smile on the workers face. Anything in inquire about will be explained to you professionally and still with a genuine interest. I am thankful to all those workers that assist and smile while helping you out. Friendly people and excellent medicine with changing variety. Prices are a little steep but they offer a bunch of promos almost weekly and have a rewards plan.

They do a great job overall and never a long wait.

Personally, the vibe and energy here worked well for me. It seemed like a family, mom and pop store. One where you want to spend time. Sit down on a soft chair and do the paperwork instead of a sterile office environment. Old school and new school strains here. What I didn’t like is that my flower was packaged in March 9 and sold on May 19. Didn’t notice til I got home. They have Pax pods and Rhythm products which is nice too. Already planning my next visits! Thank youuuu!

I was a person who was not very educated on the facts of mmj, and was reluctant to give it a try. After suffering for years from lower back pain, a friend recommended I speak to a doctor and get certified for mmj. I was very scared at first. But, with the guidance of my friend, I medicated with mmj for the first time. I can confirm that mmj has drastically improved the lower back condition. I can move around all day without discomfort. Just yesterday, I medicated with a small pre-roll, then proceeded to clean the whole house, do some quick shopping, communicate with a local squirrel that rides around my neighborhood on a magic bicycle, saw God, the Devil, and all of creation, and had a nice day at the park /w my golden retriever, Nikki. It was great. . . . Who said that? . . Cocaine is a hell of a drug... What a blessing mmj has turned out to be. And Central Ave has been great. The staff is very help. The choices in medication is also great.
