Best staff around!! Beautiful facility, everyone is friendly and helpful and the prices are amazing! They truly care for each patient, and make sure that your needs are met in a timely manner. Their selection is fabulous, and I truly would recommend this facility to anyone who asked!! Thank you so much Central Ave Compassionate Care for all that you do!! Without you, I would live every day in excruciating pain--thankfully, I can live a normal life thanks to all that you provide for your patients!!!

Just stopped in for the first time. Easy to get to, and Service was quick and friendly. Price is a little high, but I am very impressed with quality and selection. This will become one of my go-to dispensaries!

This has been my go-to dispensary for 2+ years. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and always pleasant. The product selection is good (though I miss the Brother Jonathan capsules), and the prices competitive. I’m happy to give them my business.

Awesome placed staffed by awesome people. Selection was vast, albeit a bit pricey. Either way, they only sell top shelf product and they understand customer service. Staff was friendly, place was clean, will definitely be coming back.

CACC is my favorite dispensary around. Average prices, but the reward points help. They carry a large variety of top line products, I mainly go for the cartridges. Can’t beat the knowledge and service you get here though, the staff are the best!

They carry Pax pods, which are reasonably priced. Large selection of flower but most are 20% THC or lower. Still, not bad for a neighborhood dispensary. Would appreciate more flexible “Happy Hour” sales. They’re always late afternoon and never accessible otherwise.

Love this place. Came in today and got some of their gummies. They are great for chronic pain and helps me sleep.

Go to place for cartridges, occasionally I’ll get bud. For some reason it’s never stinky and dank. I swear it all smells the same, not sure why. They’ve struggled with potency which ultimately is why I rarely purchase bud there.

Most of the staff is extremely knowledgeable! They answer any and all questions and are there to give their honest advice. The products are of high quality and the atmosphere is relaxed and calming🧚🏼‍♂️

So easy to use Leafly and this is a terrific dispensary. This location was an immediate favorite - and it’s not even convenient for me. The people are friendly and knowledgeable and the service is top notch. Today I was asked if I minded waiting a minute to make sure the manager wasn’t missing any discounts. Well yes please! Superior all around. The best new patient discount I’ve heard about.

This was the second RMD that I went to after I received my temp card.....I wish it was the first. Danielle was so helpful in directing me to which strains would help me with my diagnoses the best. Will certainly be a returning patient.

Small facility with limited staff and parking. Came back a second time with questions in regards to a bottle of Howl's Tincture. I brought it back home but am not happy with the dropper delivery. The product comes out the top of the rubber stopper and runs down the bottle. No one wants to pay that kind of money to lose product:(

If I could’ve given a negative five stars for quality I’d hit that. Worst prices in the state, won’t stack discounts (drive 20 min and they got you), plus the bud is TRASH . 😂 I promise you won’t regret going elsewhere.

I haven’t been to any other dispensaries and Massachusetts, but going here makes me feel like I don’t need to go to any other ones. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly And the prices are very reasonable
