Every time my husband and I visit we are treated damn near like VIP's. They always go above and beyond for us, showing us the best bang for our buck and educating us. The last visit we where served by Jordan Jones, he was kind, patient and knowledgeable, what more can you ask for? They have two life long customers and will always get glowing reviews from us.

My third visit to cinder, but have not been to the northlocation . Answered my extra questions and gave me advice to buy my sour tsunami in extra quantity in case they stop carrying it.tenders name was Anthony,he was helpful.

Price point doesn't always really equal quality. They have some good bud, if you wanna pay top dollar for it. It's a 50/50 if you are looking for a slightly cheaper price point and don't get their cheap stuff. Hit this place up when they have a good deal in a certain strain by a certain grower. The budtenders are always friendly and seem like they care and value their customers. I've been coming here for years so I know what to get and what not to get but you might not get so lucky.

Ive been comin here since they opened. And after the complete lack of customer service i had today i never will again. I bought a oil rig here. Which didnt work from the start. I bring it all back. They exchange a peice. Then i go home only to find out my charger was no longer in the box. I call and they make it out like im tryin to scam them. Whole ordeal and multiple trips just to get the charger back. They made multiple mistakes. And barely wanted to give me the charger. They did nothin to make up for there incompetence either. Im be goin to greenlight for now on

I recently had my first dispensary experience, and I am glad it happened here. I was passing through on my way (from one of the Dakotas) to visit my sister in Oregon. I looked at different menus online, to choose which place to stop on my way through. I didn't look at the menu of every place in town, but I did not see a need to look at any more after finding Cinder. An easy-to-find, easily accessible location, with a huge variety, so many options, and good prices. Just what I was looking for. I was nearly giddy with childlike excitement as we pulled up to the front. It felt somewhat surreal, like part of a happy dream. Inside it was everything I had hoped it would be. Additionally, it was NONE of what I had hoped it wouldn't be. This is important to point out. I was quickly greeted by a knowledgeable budtender with blue hair. She expertly answered all of my many questions and was very kind, friendly, and patient. I was impressed with how knowledgeable she was about the products. I listened in on some other things around me and was equally impressed with the service the other employees were providing to people. Very informative, friendly people working here. I completed my purchase of Cinderella99, and then looked around a little more, just taking in the experience. The selections in the cases were nicely displayed. The menus were easy to read and arranged nicely for one to quickly peruse them. There is something for any spending level, which is nice. The variety is outstanding. We stopped in Spokane on the return trip. I visited this location again and had a similarly enjoyable experience. Having spent most of my recreational money over the prior week, I was looking for a cheap option. I got an eighth of the cheapest OG Kush they had, for $25. I wasn't expecting much. It didn't look like anything super special, but still looked good. It wouldn't receive a high number of taste/flavor points, but didn't taste bad. The potency and effects of it were fantastic and nicely in line with what you would expect from a Kush of a higher price. My point is that the expensive stuff is obviously, incredibly superb, but even their cheap stuff is awesome. I have and will continue to recommend this location. And when I am in the area I will not pass it up.

Just happened to be out in the valley and thought I stop by and pick up some bud. Super displays of product and bud. Really nice, knowledgeable bud tenders. They really treat the customer right. Thanks

Namaste, Have been shopping this store for about 2 months 5 visits. Amanda has been the budtender for all 5 visits and each time she has been cheerful, polite, professional and most important to me Very Knowledgeable about product.

Definitely an amazing place. The atmosphere was great and the staff are great, they know what they're talking about. I got in there and ask for suggestions and every single time I have its been great quality atime amazing prices. Definitely my permanent store. Just the parking lot is my only complaint

This legal pot shop is a great location for valley/stateline customers. This store seems to have the most accurate updates/online inventory of strains from the menu leafly option, especially when compared to local recreational pot shops. This store has video monitors that show the menu/price. Everything is well organized, nicely presented and costs are obvious. The ATM in store is ultra-convenient for debit card addicts such as myself. CONS: store could use more cash registers, as they have two and this area is always bunched up and congested a bit. That's my only criticism.

False advertising! Many times I have tried to purchase what's advertised on leafly only to find that it's no longer available, never had it at that price point, sold out days ago, or overcharge from what's advertised. I rely on leafly to know what's available and how much it'll cost before I leave the house, with this broken system I never get the product I want in quantity I was hoping for the price listed on here. I feel scammed by the process. Long time family of customers considering leaving.

Workers are friendly and help you find the right bud for you and are pretty knowledgeable. I have been going here for months now and I enjoy it every time. Some great deals just gotta know when they happen!

Having this be the closest shop near me is a blessing and a curse. Upon entering Cinder, there is a familiar atmosphere, similar to an Apple Store which is nice as you browse their products. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful which makes any visit pleasant and comfortable. The selection of products does vary, however. Some weeks it seems like the inventory is very reasonably priced for good products and other times it seems like they are charging a premium price. I have never bought anything and regretted it from Cinder. Definitely recommend anyone to stop in! Daily deals such as Munchie Monday (discounted edibles), wax Wednesday (discounted oil), and etc.

I bought a Bodhi cartridge. It leaked and the top was misaligned. I brought it back a day after I bought it and showed the guy at the counter. He took me outside and said, it works, so no exchange. It exploded the next day. I threw away the receipt when he told me it was fine, deciding never to shop here again. I've been a client since they opened and they used to have good service. I won't be back.

I love this store. But if you take any interest in information about the products they carry do yourself a favor and go in at night. I went in last night and had a half an hour conversation about terpenes and oil and how it changes your high with one of the girls working, while the other guy working was having just as detailed of a conversation about pesticides with someone else. if you care about hearing what the employees did last weekend or have no questions about anything then mornings are for you. over all I still rate them 5/5 because of my good experiences with parts of their staff. I do wish their parking lot was less of a nightmare tho

I created this account just to talk about how confusing my experience with this store has been... I used to love coming here and always got great service from the tall girl with brown hair. Sorry don't know her name or if she still works there but I haven't seen her much anymore. The last few times I've come a blonde guy has "helped" me and the experience has left me feeling like I don't want to go back. Not friendly whatsoever and I felt really rushed and like I was an idiot for asking his opinion. Consistently the worst weed store employee ive met. Another person and I shopping at the same time even complained to each other about it in the parking lot and he said ya it has happened to him before too. I'll probably go back in and give them another shot to turn it around and hopefully the rude guy is gone. ~jackson

Every visit has merited a review, but this morning the staff at Cinder went above and beyond. It was a genuinely uplifting experience. The crew this morning was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, and I left stoked about stopping in. Thanks again! The menu is great in my opinion, with a wide variety and reasonable prices. When you go for the first time, it's helpful to have the menu explained and then it all makes sense. You could also just ask about anything, as the staff is as aforementioned awesome. The quality and service and people at Cinder Spokane Valley are greatly appreciated and a key part of my health and wellness. Thank you again.

This place is nice, we stopped on the way out of town... kind of hard to get to, but once you are there... they have some awesome displays. It's almost overwhelming if you have never been or not famliar with recreational marijuana stores. I loved the fact that they give you good advice and let you smell, pick and choose the packages you want. Peach Dream was amazing and will be back to try other goodies when we are back in Spokompton!
