So I've been here multiple times great selection good discount for industry workers like me. Today I went in and asked for a Blue Rasberry Dieseal was that was on the cheaper menu the budtender gets it out and rings me up. I assume what she grabbed me was the right gram I was wrong for assuming and that is my bad, but Blue Dream does not look like blue rasberry Dieseal was there's a lot more words to that. So please just remind your people to look for the names told to them and not the closest thing to it.

I come in about 1-2 times a week and I love this place. The employees are always so welcoming and I love getting to know them. The deals are great so I'm glad I don't have to waste my whole check just to get high. I tell friends about this place at the time. Pretty sure it'll be the only dispensary I go to. Thanks Cinder.

I had a really good experience at Cinder. This was the first time I have been in, and I thought the store was very clean, well organized and carried a good selection of consumables and flower. The various menus were clear and easy to find. I bought a gram of White Widow (all-time Fave), some pre-rolls, and a few cookies (20mg). It's been a while since I enjoyed some edibles, and I bought a Snickerdoodle and a Triple Chocolate - Both of which were very tasty, although I think the Snickerdoodle had superior flavor. It was sweet, and light, and had a nice balance between cookie goodness with a hint of earthy pot taste to finish. The staff was very helpful, and I didn't feel any pressure to purchase.

I have gone here multiple times. Now I moved to Spokane And happened to get a place close and still love it! Friendly staff to explain things to the newbie or veteran. Also very clean and has nice sharp screens with the menu. This place is the best.

Very helpful staff. They promoted Eastern Washington Growers. Recommended nice choices. Even though there were folks waiting, we didn't feel too rushed. I'm from Seattle, so enjoyed hearing about the EWA strains. Their Peach Dream flower is fabulous! can't seem to find it on Leafly, but it smells peachy, tastes wonderful, and is a happy, upbeat effect with no downside.

So service was not wonderful but i guess thas what i got. Maybe people just like paying top dollar for weed. There is some top shelf here but 40 to 50 an 8th of flower with them prices i think i might have to go where the flower is same quality but cheaper in price. Ill go here if i have to

So, I bought my first legal weed here. Unfortunately as time has gone by there product has gotten quite shitty. I bought a gram of lavender rosin, it tastes like shit. Seriously, burnt and acrid, burned my throat and mouth. And rosin is supposed to better due to being solvent free :( also bought a bag of ewok by zen and its really old bud. From the beginning of last October. :( I dropped a considerable amount of cash in there because all the times I've been there it's been great product and service. Yesterday I was treated great and everyone was awesome, but the product was not. I don't know if I'll be going back, the product literally left thst bad of a taste in my mouth. I love the crew of people there, they are friendly and helpful. However, on the other side of the coin, I wish they took more time to make sure I was getting fresh and tasty product.

I unfortunately did not catch her name but the awesome girl with the purple hair greeted us when we walked in and offered us a brief tour and helped us getting our footing for our first time after checking our IDs of course. She and the rest of the staff were more then helpful with picking out something just right for us including recommending some of there favs. The store was welcoming, clean and really well laid out most of all a great selection of products and awesome quality. I will definitely be shopping there again.

The store is nicely laid out, well lit, and in an easy to get to location. The service is OK but every time I've come in they lack energy or human emotion. I have never had a complaint about the quality or price of their concentrates but their glass products are cheaply made and break easily (3 broken pieces between my brother and I). The store staff is also not very knowledgeable about their glass products and will mistakenly tell you they were made in the USA when in fact they were imported from China. I go here when I'm in a bind and want to get in and out in a hurry and with a minimum of upselling.

Came to Washington to hike with my best friend, and my friend I came with wanted to stop in for our first ever experience. The staff all showed us the menu and what color meant which strain. They were very helpful and knew their stuff. Ended up buying a brownie and some buds that ended up being top quality. Would definitely visit again!

Purchased an 1/8th of Berry1 from Evergreen as per recommendation of the staff, however, after it was opened, I noticed that mixed in with the distinctly purple Berry1 were 2 buds of a variety that had no purple whatsoever and even had significant quantities of red hair making it not Berry1 at all. This bud tasted foul and was very harsh compared to the Berry1 and was not enjoyable at all (whoever grew this weed did not know how to finish the plant in budding as there were obvious flavors left over from excess fertilizer). I would not recommend visiting this place without paying careful attention to what you buy, you may not be getting what you pay for. It shouldn't be the customers job to ensure that the bud in the package is the bud that was labeled (in fact I think that it is the law that the label must match 100% of the bud). The staff was nice enough but who wouldn't be working in a recreational dispensary?

Great place to get whatever you need. Glass to flower to concentrates to edibles to pre-rolls...you get it. The staff is super chill. No pressure in this place. I love the layout. You can actually "shop" the products before you go up to the counter. With the giant price boards it is super easy to make your decision. Great prices, too. Keep up the great job!

This has been my store for two years. I have has the best retail experience in my life at this place. I have told every one I know to shop here for quality, experienced people and wonderful quality in their flowers. They treat me like family and know exactly what I am looking for from my herb. Good job!

whilst the weed was good the customer service was a tad to eager. wont let you just browse in peace, constantly asks if you want to see something. the shop its self is depressing and sanitary it kind of reminded me of the home we deposited me gran in when she got old. smelled like it to. but over all there good people.

I stopped smoking a few years ago so this was my first time buying legal weed and it was a great experience. The employee that helped me had great customer service and very knowledgeable on the products. The shop was clean and very professional. I will definitely be going back to this place!

Located in a strip mall, this shop is reminiscent of an Apple Store - brightly lit, spacious, lots of hands-on displays. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable, but not overbearing. Good balance of pricing and selection.

First time in this new shop was great! Very personable owner/bud tender who was very knowledgeable and listened to customer input. Best prices so far this early into 502. Bought exact same strain SEVEN dollars cheaper than store few miles away. Keep up the good work gentlemen.

This is a great store I grabbed a handful of full gram joints at when I was visiting town. They have really good deals I wouldn't expect in this area actually. You should check them out!

my first time in a disp. and I loved it! I went to the valley location. the staff was immediately helpful. I explained what I was looking for and she really took her time suggesting and explaining. she helped me pick stardawg and she was right on the button! very airy space. maybe a couple mellow pictures would be cool.
