Everything is rec prices even if you have a med card, such disrespect with how long they been open and they haven’t fixed that yet. Go in with knowing what you want otherwise you’ll have to guess what they have, not much is in view because of marketing. Only going back if they have a good deal going on.

This place is great. . . all the staff is always pretty knowledgeable bout strain specific needs(I have sciatic nerve issues). . and they help me find the perfect strain to help me with that, and security are always friendly and helpful. . . My experience with bud tender Tanner was pleasant. However to be told you don’t have a medical license is beyond embarrassing. Since when do medical patients not matter anymore. Pathetic management. Should be embarrassed to be an establishment. I shouldn’t have to pay $20 extra because you are cheap skates and won’t buy a license. Pathetic and sad

Fast I get your order, right

I was so disappointed when I got home with product. Cookies website where I ordered, has wrongly listed types of products on website. It said Sativa, But was incorrect. It was actually Indica… I’m older citizen, so it’s actually hard for me to get to cookies dispensary and back home. Check ya stuff before leaving their store people (which I know is what I should have done) ….. But in my defense, they’ve never messed up like that before. So I didn’t think it necessary to check. Please correct your website Cookies Dispensery

Great customer service

Terrible service and can’t accommodate Unfortunate circumstances when it comes to customers. Used to love the Nirvana location that used to accompany this building. The company cookies is definitely ruin the location and convenience will go out of my way not to ever come here again again.

Purchased what was advertised as an indica only to open my order to find a sativa flower instead. Paid decent money for flower I don’t use. Extremely disappointed. Called and left a message immediately with the manager and no response. Did not honor my FTP deals either.

Pick up line was terrible. One register with a line down the whole complex. Standing outside in the heat for over 30 min for an online order was terrible. People fighting in the parking lot over parking spaces. It was better when it was Nirvana.
