The ONLY place I go to, best deals/inventory, and best service!

Great selection and tons of deals but the staff at Nirvana tempe is what always stands out to me. They have great recommendations and know the products they are talking to me about. Enrique was my bud tender today and was very knowledgeable. I always recommend this place to anyone looking for a dispensary in tempe.

I have been to this store four times, and tipped 3/4 of those times. Not once have I heard a “thank you”. Disappointing and leaves a bad taste in my mouth, makes me not want to come back.

The renovated dispensary is amazing...Knowledgeable and friendly staff, great specials and the ambiance made this wonderful store 5 stars ✨

Edibles made without sugar. I am diabetic but only do edibles anymore

I love this place!

Received email today for dutchies 2 for $30 when I arrived I was told that was not a deal. Showed them the email they would not honor it. Sounds like a good old bait and switch. No correction email or nothing to show the customer they made a “mistake”. Bad promotion team as this is not the first time they don’t honor a deal they advertised.

I’ve been shopping here for about 2 years now and never have I been so disappointed. Staff used to be friendly and smile even knew my name and super accommodating. now every time I go in I get snippy and rude people who don’t even look me in the eye, unwilling or unable to answer my questions, and just flat out rude in general. Never one to be a Karen but my most recent visit had me wanting to ask to speak to a manager. Sad.

Nearly every time i come i get skipped. came in today and not to my surprised got skipped again. told the lady at the counter and she tried to gaslight me saying it was my fault for not saying i was a pickup order. didn't think i had to if i wanted to go to the back and add to my order. so i was just gonna wait in line normally. but nope got skipped. and said something to my bud tender and she completely ignored me. terrible customer service terrible staff terrible everything. not even gonna come back and use my reward points don't feel like waiting 30+ minutes on a not busy night.

The jeeters were way better than i anticipated, and the staff made me feel comfortable about taking my time. Definitely will be a regular customer
