They have deals and specials on their site but when you go, they tell you there’s errors on the site and they do not honor it. Waste of time and money.

Great deals ❣

I love coming to nirvana center Tempe. the staff and product is amazing!

The employees are garbage at helping you when you first walk in. They rather have conversations between themselves first then deal with you second. Their recommendations are garbage never had anyone there recommend a solid product they have ZERO knowledge. Crappy dispo low quality employees

it was horrible here I asked if I could bring my kid in the waiting room because she's only 2 and they said yes with out asking the main boss then came up after we been setting in there for like 10 minutes and said my daughter had to get out why would he say yes if really didn't even know then I take my kid out she's all hot throwing a fit because her mom is still in there the they let some one with a dog go in it wouldn't have been so bad if you would have told me she couldn't come in in the first place so we could have sat in the car and I would have never took her in she would have never threw a fit so I just left I hope the experience and the communication between the workers and security guards gets better

Frustrating as a medical patient to wait outside to try and get a quick pick up. They had the BOGO on Leafly wrong and took em like 20 minutes to honor their screwup and get me on my way. Only bright spot was the girl who helped me out. Awesome energy and great product. Overall, sick dispensary other than having to wait outside. Even the dude helping at the other window acknowledged how much waiting outside sucks ha

The place was amazing! I love the customer service

Straight gas for the low low stay with the bossy deals everyday

Love this Place!!! Was told about their Oz deals and was blown away. Looking forward to it.

Nirvana always has deals that’s why it’s my favorite plus the customer service is always fast and informative.

I frequent this place at least weekly for a long long time and all of the staff always are very friendly and amazingly helpful and understand me even with my handicap, Plus the dealios they usually have are worth it. Just no good cartridge deals today, but I am a stroke victim and i start many days over and over and get to meet the same people over and over again. sooooo...... For me to be blown away by the customer service i received here today by "Tina"? i think? ...i hope i didn't forget. lol Either way the Vibe and Personality and charm this woman commanded, had me literally wanting to stand there and keep spending money lol. Just super friendly and great at helping me make best decisions on flavor and price. A great experience, only bettered by well trained friendly budtenders. :) <3 PLUR

what can I say. I only shop here nowhere else they have the best deals on everything even their bottom tier flower is fire

I love this place. I won’t shop at any other dispensary in town. Amazing deals, great selection, efficient and friendly staff. I tell everyone to go here; they are simply the best!

I really liked my buddtender. her name wasn't on the recipe but she did work last night on the 23rd and I would like to give her a shout out. even though I don't know her name. lol

good weed Good service

Some of the best buds I’ve smoked

Online pickup window outside takes so long, and it's so hot outside despite the misters. The worker will ask for your ID, leave for 2 minutes to get the order, confirm the order with you, leave for 2 more minutes to get the total, you pay them, then it takes another 2 minutes for them to bag it up & give you your change. This whole process should take 3 minutes total, not 6+. Assuming theres a line of three people ahead of you, thats almost 15 minutes of unnecessary standing outside.

I love this dispensary! Been coming here for years! I love Roman and his hair!
