As a first time patient, I did not feel welcomed by the budtender when refused a free promo drink because it was too “weak” Overall looks like a cool spot, security and front desk people were nice.

leaving the review here because they removed the item i got the same morning i got it, DONT get the Clean Concentrates - Pucks Cannabis Confections Clean Hash Rosin .5g - Durban Tahoe , it is seriously some backyard stuff that i would expect a 16 year old to make his first time ): but everything else about this place is OP OP very good love the most the staff (just dont ask the newer people to recommend you stuff theyll feed you something that has a havest date of nearly 9 or 12 months ago and super dry)

I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with my last visit and because of this I will NEVER spend a dime at ANY Nirvana center. This sucks because I liked this location. 2 days ago I went in for a cart deal but all stock was sold. I ended up buying 2 get 1 deal of "Pharm" carts. The budtender seemed to make a point of telling me to keep my receipt in case one of the carts were defective I could bring it back. Of course I end up with a bad cart. I bring it back WITH my receipt but since I didn't save the packaging they wouldn't HONOR what the budtender told me. The receipt says you have so many days. I came back 2 days later..... WHY would a company be so trivial to LOSE a customer over maybe $15???? I am utterly DISAPPOINTED!!!!

Honestly this dispensary used to be great but lately my experiences have been less than pleasant and it’s sad given how it used to be. Multiple times in the past month I’ve ordered something that when getting to store ends up being totally different and or a different price. This morning was ruined by this happening yet again forcing me to get product I didn’t want because I didn’t have time to go anywhere else… always always extremely busy.

Hands down best dispensary in the valley I’ve been to every dispensary there is and Nirvana center not only has great deals and great Quality but beautiful staff thank you Lynn your the best bud tender ever thank you for the great experience 🙏🏻

I’ve been to this location a bunch of times since it’s so close to my home, and I gotta say they always knock it out of the park. Great deals (even for rec patients), they take security VERY seriously (I feel so safe there), and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. Shout out to Trent, he’s so awesome and made me feel at home! I love the Nirvana Tempe fam!!

I had an online order that I had ordered the night before around 11 pm after they closed it was a BOGO on StIIIzy carts I went in to pick them up and they did not honor the BOGO will not go back. Also, the area is super shady.

I really like how they are the nicest people when I’m there. Miss Carrie is sweet and I come back for the hospitality. The guards can kick rocks!!
