What's up with the price hikes? You guys were the only ones who always included tax. Now every item has a noticeable/OBVIOUS tax amount added on top of the original cost. Looks like medical patients have to take a hit for the recs. Sigh.

Joeli was the best bud tender I’ve come across! This is my first card and I’ve been to multiple other dispensaries & this was the first one that had the true dispensary vibe that everyone talks about ! Hands down my new favorite place!!! 5 stars for sure ! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Not worth the hassle

Every time I have been in it is busy, but never too packed where I want to leave, which is awesome. Busy is a good sign. They do a great job of quickly getting patients out of the lobby and into the inviting retail floor. It's a nice sized space so its great for social distancing and a comfortable experience. The last two times I had great bud tenders, Taylor is the nicest guy ever and I forgot the blonde woman's name who helped me the last time, but she was nothing short of excellent as well. Plenty of great products to choose from here as well as deals left and right. Love it here, best place in Tempe without a doubt

Super cool atmosphere, they have arcade games in the lobby, and every employee I have met each visit has been really friendly, helpful, and positive in nature. Definitely one of my favorite places!

They treat you like a criminal just to get inside. It may be cool with everyone else to go though your strip search but not me.

Disappointed they deleted the deals the day of. Took a screen shot Friday for their Saturday deal assuming it would continue on as it has lately and we go in today to hear they cancelled it. The night before. Disappointing for a 45 minute drive.

went in on 8/31 to get the lotus special. As I have done for many months now. I got 7 grams and worked my way through it. I got 5 commerce city kush and 2 purple starburst. The latter tasted like burnt hair. I cleaned my rig and still same taste. as per other reviews no one picked up the phone all day. So I went in, my budtender was just wonderful! when I told the supervisor she really wasn't concerned with my experience. she said she'd have to talk to another supervisor but I knew I'd lost. I'd didn't expect to get the full amount back but $10 off is not acceptable when they don't care about what you have to say. unfortunately I won't be returning.

I’ve gone here many times, and I can say since either recreational was passed or since New Years; this dispensary has gone waaaay down in quality. I called the dispensary about 5 minutes after they opened to see what strains they had available for their normal 7 grams of shatter for $100. It used to be at this dispensary you would pay even dollar amounts, so if the deal is 7 for $100 you pay exactly $100. Since the beginning of this year they still advertise the deal as such, but now they add tax to the transaction after the fact when you go to pick up. Transactions are cash only, so I used to only have to take out an even $100 from an ATM. Now with these new sales taxes I have to take out $120 and leave with odd change. That’s not a huge deal but when you are used to the former for months it can be kind of a drag. It’s a real bummer to see them jacking up the prices, but that’s not the only problem! When I called after they opened to check and see what strains they had for the deal. I was told they were out of stock, and didn’t have any to begin with, 5 MINUTES AFTER OPENING. It’s really frustrating to plan my pickups around this special being listed a whole week in advance and to find out I can’t even get the meds I want because these people can’t be bothered to have an accurate Leafly page. They told me they have a “marketing”team that handles their Leafly page, and that no associates in the stores even touch them. To me this is just an excuse for somebody not doing a good job. It saddens me to see how disconnected from reality this dispensary and company is becoming. If you are out of a product days in advance of an incoming special DON’T ADVERTISE IT TO PATIENTS WHO ACTUALLY NEED THE PRODUCT. I find myself wanting to pickup my meds here less and less, and recommend the same for others.

The flower was fresh and they had a $3 preroll so I can medicate asap. The budtenders are friendly and helpful. The online ordering is fast and convenient and the 10% discount on phone and online orders is fantastic.

Busy but going smooth with door revolving all the time ..... many first time deals and second and so on great place for savings!!! Thanks y’all

This is the second time this place has told me what I ordered online was out of stock. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this very disorganized dispensary! Worst in the east valley.

This is now my home dispensary. Super friendly and helpful staff. Always quick service so no long waits! Love this place
