I love their large, open store and friendly budtenders. I come here regularly and the flower is great! They also have great deals.

It's always very fast, the budtenders know what they're talking about and have interesting recommendations, and I love the variety in their brands and stains. Everything they carry is fantastic and they are one of the only places in the valley where I not only can find great sativa strains but also have a variety of options. I've been told elsewhere that I should just stop trying to find sativa constantly, but Nirvana has been coming through for me for months.

Absolutely ridiculous I called in advance that I got get a deal that was 7 for 45 of top tier when I asked they told me I cloud take that deal all the way to an ounce but when I arrived I got laughed at and told there was no way that was possible for being medical patients only you would assume they would take more care of there customers by far the worst experience I have ever had buying weed in my life way to beat out saint Louis back alley deals

Budtender was sooooo rude! I cant believe that even happened . If you dont want to provide customer service by answering questions, dont work with people or customers. I was just asking normal questions like oh where are the caramels? and where are the carts on sale. “THEYRE RIGHT THERE” like i dont work sorry i didnt know where they were??? then i said oh thats so cool never seen horchata before and she said “so is that the one you want.” like uh maybe but ??? i cant talk to you like??? also i asked which carts were sativa and they said “theyre all labeled” like okay i can read but also yall just have a bad budtender, thats hardly the experience i have when at other dispos. then gave me a choice between two halves and scanned the one i did not want and said there was nothing they could do about it???? what???? I get having a bad day or whatever was going on with them but it was terrible customer service

I love coming here, they have the best products and love their recommendations. the budtenders go up and beyond with recommendations.

Frequent customer, the lady named Jordan/Jordyn was very polite and helpful. I had many questions and she answered all of them to the best of her ability.

Staff is generally cool and usually have good deals. Was pretty disappointed in the flower i got today tho still had a bunch of untrained water leaves and smelled like horse food.
