Worst loyalty system ever. Don't be fooled by the incentives, you will need to spend $1000+ just to get $10 off! That's only 1% back. Other dispensaries are doing 5% and some even 10%. Shop around, loyalty points add up and it's worth it to find a dispo with a good loyalty program.

Employees have ZERO knowledge of deals and store information. Was also extremely shorted on concentrates. I purchased two individual grams of wax. After weighing each of them, one was .23 grams, the other was .11 Both of those were labeled as 1.0 grams. Do NOT buy wax from them unless you have a scale to weigh it yourself. They are skimping their products

My favorite dispo to go to! They’re being very cautious during the pandemic and I still always get out of there with everything I want super quickly! Staff is great too!

cant even answer their phone.... have all these great deals but the products aren't even on the leafly menu for order and everything is online ordering now so.... terrible job nirvana 👎

Where do I begin ... your bud tender Chris S. got my online order wrong, that I didn't notice till I got home. He was probably the least personable bud tender I have experienced. If you don't want to help people, I suggest you LEAVE. Anytime I call...its always someone real rude, and now you took your deals off. YOU ARE ALL IN THE BUSINESS TO HELP PEOPLE WHATS WRONG WITH YOU?! Like many others have said in their review, I take my money elsewhere.

This was my first visit to this location. I was impressed by the selection of products and the deals. My bud tender was Junior and he’s knowledgeable & honest with a good sense of humor. I recommend this place for all your cannibas needs

I don’t go out of my way to complain but this is ridiculous. Nirvana obviously doesn’t have their act together. I’ve gotten medicine here once out of the 3 times I tried. I placed an order last Tuesday and was not contacted at all by any staff or Leafly text, but I did get my Leafly email receipt so I know it went through. Then today I placed an online order, called to verify they received it and mentioned what happened to me last Tuesday. The lady apologized saying “sorry we have new employees who might not be the best at letting you know when it’s ready yet” Nonetheless, they confirmed receipt of my order and said it would be about 30 mins.... TWO hours later I still had nothing. I called in and they placed me on hold for over 7 minutes. I then hung up before anyone came back and placed an order with The GOOD Dispensary. I got my confirmation text within minutes. I cannot say I will be back. The same products are offered everywhere else which much better service.
