no pre rolls, crappy organization (i guess these budtenders and greeters ARE NOT functional stoners) also, over priced disposable batteries for small amounts of wax in cartridges. & budtender was un eager to help me find or suggest alternative product similar to what I was looking for, as if I was an inconvenience to their day. I don't call out names on bad reviews, but overall sh**ty experience walked out without purchasing anything and no one attempted to make any efforts to make a sell or offer different options. very unsatisfied, very sober, and sad to say the ONLY dispensary I've been to that was like this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Medical patient that has had card for over a year plus. I’ve been going to curaleaf before recreation took place. Curaleaf used to be the spot to go to. They’re flower was good, always had deals, in n out service. That has completely changed. It’s very frustrating coming and having 10 rec go in front of you when you placed an order and you have your med card. Why is that sometimes when I come, y’all have the process super smooth have us in and out regardless of how many Rec patients there is. Now it’s different, it’s like we were pushed to the side. Rec here, they make us money, 17% tax WHATEVER - y’all can miss me with this. Last time I shop here fr fr. Shouldn’t be in line for 35-40 minutes when my order was COMPLETED and I got 10+ rec sales getting finished before me. DONE!

Budtender gave me a different strain from what i had asked for. Get home, weigh it. Short! It is short just by points but it adds up when its always off. ROOKIES!

This is by far my favorite dispenery. The flower selections are awesome. Im always in and out quickly. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

This evening was truly a wonderful experience being assisted at Curaleaf Camelback. I needed to locate my online ID and Kaitlin was so kind and so helpful in guiding me to the needed URL! Furthermore, my budtender Alex B., went above and beyond in helping me locate the medication I traveled for! It's been a while since my last visit to Curaleaf Camelback, but after today's excellent customer service by these two great individuals, I think I will be back soon.

A Tale of Two Dispensaries I decided to test the newly legalized market in Phoenix. After being a customer in all the legal western states, I thought comparing states might be interesting however, the comparison is about two dispensaries – Urban and Curaleaf. I first went online and placed an order with Curaleaf in the middle of the night only to discover in the morning the order had been canceled. Okay, maybe they ran out of the product by the time they got to my order. But they at least could have told me why it was canceled. Not to be deterred, I placed another order. When I arrived at the store I learned there was about a 2 hour wait. When a budtender came out I asked if there was a pickup line. He curtly said no. When I suggested having one like they do in Colorado he said he didn’t care, “that’s Colorado”. To which I responded, (That’s f’d up man.) With that said he went to the guard and had me kicked off the property. Next I called Urban and asked if they had a separate line for online orders. They said yes. First I thought, this is great, I could never get an answer or a way to leave a message at Curaleaf. When I got to Urban I found I had messed up the order. However, unlike Curaleaf, the budtender at the door was very helpful in getting my order placed and letting me know when it was ready. This took about 10 minutes, but if I had done it right in the first place I would have been in and out in less than 5 minutes. Urban is very efficient, helpful and accommodating. They know what customer service should be. To summarize, GO TO URBAN if you want to feel respected and appreciated as a valued customer and they will answer the phone. If you want long lines, rude budtenders, and no respect, go to that other place.

budtender Sean was AWESOME but he really is Everytime I go in there. He loves heavy indicas like me so I can trust him when I shop here. With constant deals and great top shelf/ P.R flower... I find it hard to go anywhere else.

This dispensary cares so much about helping me get my medication that they treat me like a car pick up. I appreciate your dedication to helping your patients no matter the situation.
