If I could give this place no stars I would. Security guy is a pig & instead of doing his job he spends his shift hitting on the women & to top it off because in all honesty idgaf about those things but if customers have questions and concerns I would expect security to be prompt oh no not this guy! The front desk personnel is RUDE RUDE RUDE, the cashiers suck and there service is just so disappointing all around! This dispo is literally a mile from my place and I refuse to come here unless it’s a last resort I’ve been here a total of 3 times and all times have had a terrible experience I don’t recommend this spot I go out of my way to travel to JARS just because of the atmosphere and customer service. Only person I can say in this facility that has any clue how to approach and deal with customers is the manager IVAN I would give him 5 stars for the manner he spoke to me in and attended me when bringing up my dissatisfying experience here!

I had some great customer service this evening from "Z", a newer budtender. I picked up some concentrate that wasn't that great but the customer service was really decent.
Picked up a 1/2 ounce, first jar was soooo dry, it's burning faster than I can smoke. Very disappointing. I normally shop at the Curaleaf on Union Hills, and the products there are far more superior. I will NEVER go back to this dirty, below par dispensary.

I love the new and improved parking lot, and the staff is super helpful. I called ahead to verify some info and all my questions were answered with a smile. When you pre order you can wait in your car which is amazing. That’s probably my favorite part. Also the deals and specials are frequent and decent.

I paid $50 for an 1/8 of their premium flower and it's absolute garbage. I'm not even kidding when I say this looks like the $15 1/8th you used to be able to get at Desert Rose back in the day. Curaleaf is a horrible dispensary and I'm never coming back nor will I ever recommend it to someone. This dispensary is a straight up rip off. Putting a bad name on the cannabis industry.

I've been a loyal, regular medical customer for a while. Previously, I thought they were great. Employees are always very nice friendly and efficient. Then, recreational is legalized and now they treat loyal tomers like crap. They changed the website without notice, cannot or will not get a password reset and they do not respond to emails!!! I'm NOT going to wait in hours long lines so I've taken my business elsewhere! Curaleaf stabbed their regular customers in the back. Pathetic!! Website

when I got home I opened the jars and it's some dry axs weed. I have not been there in over a year it's right down the street from my house and this is why. inferior products I'm going to go back there tomorrow I've only open one jar and I want to return it I do not want dry ass weed thank you do you think they'll do it he'll know hell no they would rather sell dry ice weed don't you love it we pay good money and they rip us off I love to
