super friendly staff..the security Paris enforced social distancing in the most polite manner which made me feel super comfortable .coming back for sure

Just stopped by and i have to say it was such a grrat experience. Cheslea C. was absolutely so kind and proffesional. I really appreciate how she went over my order and made sure everything was perfect👍☺. Thanks again chelsea and thanks to everyone at curaleaf who are puting themselves out there to help out all of us.

if you refuse to wear a mask, order online and call the store for a curbside upon pickup. mask wearing is for the safety of others around you, too. 😇😇😇

The mid tier and base line are basically dried dust balls. I went up and got the top tier and to my surprise better but very over priced. The wait times are even worse now. That’s with an online order. The staff has be become a customer service joke.

House weed is stemmy and seedy, no discernible difference from low to top shelf. Wait times average well over an hour and that’s with 3 separate lines. They have an “express” lane for customers who don’t plan to change their orders to move through faster but still allow these people to heavily modify their orders. These customers are picked first so there’s really no point to the other two lines. Computer system has been down on multiple visits and they often insist it will be “just a few minutes” but is rarely under two hours. Employees are understaffed and overworked, leading to them being short with customers. The shatter’s cheap tho

I understand covid 19 but what's the point of online order if it's still more than an hour wait. Gotta do a little better. Not to take away from your service still greatly appreciated during this time.

This was my first time here and I won’t be back. I’ve been to a few dispensaries since this pandemic and most have handled it well if you had done an online order while curaleaf is the opposite. If you order online and they send you the ready text and have you wait outside when you get there for an additional “ready” text. However if you do a walk in they let you right in. Really makes no sense and voids every benefit of ordering online. Super disappointing. Quality 5stara because it was item9 labs product, they are always fire!

I have not once in my entire life visited a worse dispensary. Everything from the quality of the bud, to the wait times, to the quality of their products, is the absolute worst amongst any dispensary they can think of. I think the only reason the place is still open is because of a bunch of newbies trying weed for the first time and don't know they could go literally anywhere else

Can't navigate website and leafly say checkout un available. Can't call dispensary either just goes to voice mail. Might have to go back to Urban Greenhouse.

Today I placed an online order & purchased the natural Curaleaf CBG oil. The security tape on the top of the cardboard box was unbroken, however, the plastic shrink-wrap safety seal around the screw cap of the dropper was wrinkled & messed with & it allowed me to open the bottle completely without disturbing the plastic shrink-wrap safety seal & re-close the cap all the way with the shrink-wrap still intact. Smh The bottom of the box the bottle came in did not have a piece of safety tape. Unauthorized entry to the cardboard box could’ve happened from the bottom. ???? Very frustrating for an expensive product! Was this tampered with or was quality control asleep?? Tsk! Sorry Curaleaf, I think you may have lost my business if I have to worry if your products were tampered with. In addition, the ordering online was great! I received a text saying the order was ready but when I arrived, I still had to wait, so it really wasn’t ready.
