first time here. cute location, friendly staff (security, receptionist AND budtender) and overall great quality of flower. wait was a bit over ten mins being the fourth person in line. thanks herbal! :)

first time patient & it seems I inconvenienced the dreadheaded female receptionist who was so caught up with her phone, she didn’t even look up when I walked in. she then took a picture of my med card with a cracked cellphone so she could “have it on file.” this is the most unprofessional practice. how do I know my info is safe??? one flower eighth for selection and a display wasn’t available.. good flower but I’m in no rush to return. the overall experience was far from ideal.

today, Cura’s deal was 30% off the entire store. I somehow didn’t receive this discount and instead got my normal veterans discount (which is lower than 30%.) quite sad the daily deal isn’t something patients can trust to be automatic.

Ponderosa is the best! they have some of the best medicine in town, and the BEST staff hands down! the online ordering here is the most prompt and organized in the entire industry. stop in asap :D
