Curaleaf - Central

I preorder my order. And front window was closed and my order was not ready. I ordered this almond 1 hour ago. As I was walking out I was accused of stealing for opening my bag. To top it all of I had security and management walk behind me as I was walking out. This is unprofessional and I have never been more humiliated.

I buy all my product at Curaleaf Central, this time I was so disappointed, when I got home and discovered that the supposed eighth that I had bought, was way short ! I couldn't even roll one full blunt with the contents, from now on , I will have them weigh my purchases before I leave the store. I can't believe that this great dispensary made a mistake like that

Yesterday I bought an ounce online from this place, and when I got the else and went home, I noticed the weed was dry Arizona desert. I feel like I spin $65 an ounce some really bad reggie and I can’t get high. Candy store hybrid

I ordered online so I can be in and out quick but it’s the same waiting if I would walk in smh i won’t be going here for a while

They have products on here and when you to the store they don’t have them

Slowest staff I’ve ever seen in the valley and the level of disrespect from the lady manager on Sunday july 23rd with the heavy makeup didn’t hide her ugliness of her character and the reason il forever bash curaleaf ..if they feel that is the best they got then they got 💩

curaleaf on central owes me 2 eighths I went in for 420 I bought 2 select tinctures ,2 select carts and 2 shango eighths that were all on bogo special except they didn't give me the bogo on the shango they switched it up with some 90$ mix and match garbage maybe If the cashier wasn't talking so much she would have noticed that .....so yeah owe me two eighths curaleaf

I'm a pretty frequent patient here but the last few times I've been in, the quality of flower has been crap for the high prices. I got what was supposed to be an 8th of something that cost near 50 an 8th, and looked more like a gram when I popped open the jar & it was insanely dry. It also had a small sticker on it stating "Sell First" so obviously, something was off about this 8th to begin with. I come here because it's close to my house but now with JARS just as close, I'm thinking I may just go there.

I just want to give a big shout-out to curaleaf & their employees that help me this morning. Curaleaf is one of the first dispensaries I went too even when I didn't have my medical card just yet. I have been to all of the several dispensaries here in Phoenix.. BUT always go back to Curaleaf because they're exceptional & outstanding customer service. The employees are very down-to-earth very friendly & understanding & educated which helps tremendously.. This morning I actually did order online & when I arrived my order wasn't the normal price I get it for.. I was irritated. The manager Alejandro he came over review the account explain why to me what was happening on my account and why was not receiving the price I was normally given. He explained which I won't get that special anymore due to a glitch. The situation was resolved because he took the time to review the account thoroughly. I left not being irritated & left with my product in my hand & very happy 🙂 I appreciate it the patience. I will always go back and continue to always recommend Curaleaf @ Central Ave. Stay lifted 😁

Ordered early online and came in early to avoid the wait.(No I'm not Recreational) .Turns out it didnt matter I still had to wait even tho I was the only person in the lobby . On top of that I got greeted so rudely by i assume to be "lady" that was tatted all the way to the face. Not knocking the face tats but her rudeness and complete lack of respect she had torwards customers like she didn't want to be there completely shocked me I asked a simple question about what happened with the deals she rudely uttered below her breath there's no more and then I asked a simple question about the debit card machine then again she rudely replied with a smart remark that was unnecessary . I told her ok Thanks but no need for the rudeness . She said grow up . So i guess its ok for curaleaf employees to act rudely and talk down to customers? I am highly disappointed because I use to come here alot but not no more thanks to this classless human. Don't come here unless you want to waste your time and get treated like shit.
