Wasted my time even by ordering online didnt make it any easier

Great Place...

I did not get my venom shatter I am old school so all this extra different kinds of ways to smoke and get it in our bodies efficiently is a lot to take in. So the wife helps me/us by ordering. So it was a shock to see I got flower in lue of the wax my wife ordered on line. I know of your return policy but wax is my wife's thing and flower is mine, So because we are loyal patrons I had $20 in points so I'm still unaware that there was anything wrong yet. Since was is my wife's thing with my points I got her an extra wax and some gummies. Fast forward to my house where I find out that all my stuff was there and she didnt! She didn't get what she wanted! that yes thanks to me she didn't have to do without. My wife doesn't do well with just ok i hope you understand when it looks like I came out better in the end than she, she will be driving me crazy! Please take steps to correct this, I will appreciate it Christopher Chesson

Medical card holders and online orders weren’t given priority at this location. 1st time I’ve encountered it at Curaleaf.

I normally shop at harvest. But since moving into the neighborhood a few months back wanted to try the Curaleaf by my house. I’m actually pretty glad I did. The environment is pretty simple and service is quick. I like being in an out and that’s exactly what I get at this particular Curaleaf. I haven’t been to any others. But I definitely give this location five stars and will continue to shop here

Call your customers when they hit their limit instead of letting them drive all of the way there and get told that they can't buy what they ordered. It's annoying , this is a subpar spot with good deals . The people there play to much which annoys me but their deals are good . It defeats the purpose of leaving an online order if I can't get what I ordered , then you let me drive there when I would have just stayed home . Unprofessional.

I love this place! everyone is so nice and helpful. I've been a client for 3 yrs. they have lots of choices. the only issue I have is they have the same prices as always. even the specials aren't so special.

Great place

This place used to be great till curaleaf ruined it. The delightful staff has been replaced with rude and disrespectful people. To top it off they make false advertisements to get you I the door only to have different prices/quantities/quality of product when you arrive.

I preorder my order. And front window was closed and my order was not ready. I ordered this almond 1 hour ago. As I was walking out I was accused of stealing for opening my bag. To top it all of I had security and management walk behind me as I was walking out. This is unprofessional and I have never been more humiliated.

Also along with missing half my family's funeral because of all of the problems curaleaf has given me it threw me back into depression after the funeral and to make it worse I put my receipt for my purchase in my pocket bag still sealed & stapled but they refused to let me leave the building making me even more late and after standing around wondering why it was pure harassment for complaining about they're lack of service and lack of preorder budtender on hand, so I was treated like crap, belittled, and accused that it's all my fault I came at that time & harassed on the way out as I had just watch another person crumble they're receipt 🧾 as well! Such a evil place no good vibes or karma there just evil 👿

I buy all my product at Curaleaf Central, this time I was so disappointed, when I got home and discovered that the supposed eighth that I had bought, was way short ! I couldn't even roll one full blunt with the contents, from now on , I will have them weigh my purchases before I leave the store. I can't believe that this great dispensary made a mistake like that

Yesterday I bought an ounce online from this place, and when I got the else and went home, I noticed the weed was dry Arizona desert. I feel like I spin $65 an ounce some really bad reggie and I can’t get high. Candy store hybrid
