Abe is a great budtender, everytime I go in or place an order he is there to give me a better deal.

Stood in line for nearly 20 minutes before anyone told me online orders can go straight to the express line.

I am extremely pissed off. I tried to preorder 1 gram and it said it was being repaired the. Suddenly it said order canceled and for no reason just ike they wanted to be.pricks I am pissed and contacting the main people. Over this shit

Called to see if any deals due to website not working and male agent that was extremely rude “deals are on our website” with commandeering tone and hung up on me! I will never shop here from the experience I just received from male associate

This used to be the only dispensary that I went to when it was Reef but when prices for an ounce went from $65 to $150 when it became a Curaleaf, I will not be returning. In it for the money not for the patients.

Went for a $90 OZ. Cought a Sale and Only Paid $70 HELLZ YEAH!

Garbage place run by garbage people. These thieves literally steal money out of your hands and then tell you they refuse to honor prices on their own website. Buyer beware. You've been warned. And the majority of products carried here look absolutely awful, even considering the state of AZ weed.

The bud is always fire at Reef AZ, at both locations. Props to the terples, picked up a oz a few days ago everyone says it is fire! The concentrates are full of flavor. By far the best experience I have ever had at a dispensary. It was my first time visiting Reef and now it most certainly won’t be my last. From the security guard, to the manager to the bud tender, everyone greeted me with warm smiles and welcoming energy. The menu had a huge selection of everything you could think of and while it was nice to see a dispensary with more than 10-20 strains, I was a bit overwhelmed by the massive selection. To my relief, I was welcomed in by Ms. Mandy and she took the time to go over the menu with me and talk me through the specials and deals. When I was ready, I was taken care of by the sweet Ms. Yari. She and the other really nice bud tender next to her, took the time to vibe with me, talk to me about my concerns and preferences and treated me like a human. I was not pressured or rushed or hurried to make a selection and move on. They treat their patients like patients and not just another customer that needs to hurry along. The entire staff at Reef made what began as an overwhelming stressor (as someone who suffers from social anxiety) into an incredible, relaxing, REASSURING, and pleasant experience. Not to mention the building was clean and spotless inside and out! It was nice and cool inside too. A relief from the 104° outside. All in all, Reef is friendly, clean and relaxing dispensary with a huge selection and a great team that makes you feel right at home and like you’ve known them for years. 12/10 recommend. I don’t like coming here because they lie too much they lie to you to make you come back and waste time and gas I came in here and they told me that I can get my free pre-roll for my birthday Bogo the day before on or after and I went the day after and denied me my pre-roll the second time they told me they were going to have 420 deals they change their prices and their deals they lied again don’t walk out believing what they tell you unless it’s actually true they’ve lied to me already three times making me walk out feeling happy and good only to come back again feeling betrayed and lied to I don’t like wasting my time nor gas gas is expensive right now and to be driving around to be lied to to be given false information is not cool not cool reef I will not be coming back here no more they lost a customer for lying that’s not how you do business
