Curaleaf - Glendale East (Formerly Reef)

By far the best experience I have ever had at a dispensary. It was my first time visiting Reef and now it most certainly won’t be my last. From the security guard, to the manager to the bud tender, everyone greeted me with warm smiles and welcoming energy. The menu had a huge selection of everything you could think of and while it was nice to see a dispensary with more than 10-20 strains, I was a bit overwhelmed by the massive selection. To my relief, I was welcomed in by Ms. Mandy and she took the time to go over the menu with me and talk me through the specials and deals. When I was ready, I was taken care of by the sweet Ms. Yari. She and the other really nice bud tender next to her, took the time to vibe with me, talk to me about my concerns and preferences and treated me like a human. I was not pressured or rushed or hurried to make a selection and move on. They treat their patients like patients and not just another customer that needs to hurry along. The entire staff at Reef made what began as an overwhelming stressor (as someone who suffers from social anxiety) into an incredible, relaxing, REASSURING, and pleasant experience. Not to mention the building was clean and spotless inside and out! It was nice and cool inside too. A relief from the 104° outside. All in all, Reef is friendly, clean and relaxing dispensary with a huge selection and a great team that makes you feel right at home and like you’ve known them for years. 12/10 recommend. It's the dispensary that I go to. Why go somewhere else? Great customer service, they're all friends now, that's how long I've been coming here. They always have what I'm looking for and even suggest something else that may help my disease better. Yes, very knowledgeable on their products. You guys rock! And are number 1 in my book...

Not sure who the lady was that helped me out on my purchase. But she was a great employee . Along with the gentleman that I saw workong the walk ins . I preorder always and never have a real issue with reef . Everytime is amazingly smooth going and fast the employees there are very nice and super friendly . Makes me feel like to hey all are like my best friend I've known forever. Or like family . I appriciate everyone at reef and allways will keep going back there . Not only is it very close to my house but the employees are the best I've ever delt with anywhere I've ever gone . Ever . Tha k you for being kind helpful and friendly. I am Super Disappointed with placing this order on Leafly app. The cost shown for what I wanted, and subsequently ordered, was VASTLY different than the actual cost!!! After some discussion, the clerk/budtender, was able to satisfactorily help me (but being know where the deal that I had order on the Leafly app,) but to be honest, it was a stressful situation. I wasn’t able to get a clear understanding of who’s issue it was, but she kept saying that ”they” do not update the prices we see on Leafly. She never did specify who “they” were, Leafly or Reef dispensary.

this place is the best place in the valley imo. great prices for quality product. the staff is always great to talk to and very knowledgeable. but, they need to fix their online pick up line. that line starts right when you walk in the door. so you block the only entrance/exit. it really confuses people. plus the sign for that line is small, easy to miss. the way it was before was way easier and less awkward. I never see security either

I've visited Curaleaf on Bell Rd and 55th Ave a few times, and while the product quality is okay at best, the customer service truly stands out. Devon is always pleasant and exhibits excellent customer service skills, making every visit enjoyable. His professionalism and helpful nature made me assume he was a manager. Today, Mason assisted me and did a great job. The staff overall is consistently helpful and pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere every time I walk in. Although there's room for improvement in product quality, the exceptional service provided by Devon, Mason, and the rest of the team keeps me coming back.

This has been my go to Dispo for some time now. But unfortunately some fool had to grab a worker. The bud-tender was letting the customer check the flower to see if it’s crunchy or not. Since this happened this locations new policy is no one is allowed to check the flower for freshness. Now you’re at the mercy of what they deem to be fresh, not the customer. I don’t mind bringing my flower back at all but the dilemma is once cannabis is too far gone & very dry. Then you bring it back it has lost most of its potency. This dispensary has lost my business indefinitely unless this policy is reversed. Until then I will be shopping around for a new Dispo. BTW The jet fuel gelato is dry as hell fam. It took 90 minutes to bring back, what a waste of valuable time.

I don’t usually take the time to fill out reviews but when I went in for a cartridge and my bud-tender Edwyn at the NW Phoenix location was OUTSTANDING so I gotta give him a little shout out. Edwyn knows his sh**!!! I briefly told him my medical needs (migraines and anxiety) and what effects I was looking for (relaxed but still functional with creative freedom) and he recommended the absolute best cartridge I have ever had, “Rocket Pop” by Kind Live Resin. It tastes exactly like a Bomb Pop and is very flavorful without compromising the effects and the effects are exactly what I asked for. Rocket Pop comes with, as Edwyn put it “All the good vibes”. My body feels nice and relaxed but my mind is free and creative yet I can still tackle my To-Do List or chill on the couch. I also feel extremely happy and I don’t know if it is the effects of the cartridge or because I am so thrilled with the cartridge, or maybe both. It is perfect!! (Side Note: I rated the Atmosphere lower because I love walking into a dispensary and seeing all of the products and here everything is in the back.)

I cannot remember the gentleman's name hope you can find out because he was the most awesome bud tender I've ever had! I appreciate the birthday love too! He deserves a raise!!

Mason was awesome, friendly and helpful. No issue with their service, just the product. The flower was so dry, it practically disintegrated as I was rolling. The product itself wasn’t that great even though it had a high THC. Probably won’t be back due to product but like I said, Mason was awesome.

CRAIG WAS THE BEST BUDTENDER 👍😀 he not only hooked us up but he got us exactly what we wanted and he was also very kind and patient I give this guy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5stars) definitely would recommend him

Aiysha got me my meds and on my way super fast. Totally friendly and chill. Love their ftp special of up to 1/2 oz, half off. I got a 1/2 oz of Khalifa Kush. Beyooooonnnd amazeballs. Now one of my fav strains. Hubs all "you keep telling me how good it is...shut up, I know, Im smoking it too!" Lmbo. Id say like a light daze. Perfect for netflix n chilln this labor day weekend. Im set! Aiysha gave me the reef mask for signing up for texts and I had to try out some pre rolls too. khalifa kush is awesome, but i get lazy haha blackwater pre roll was pretty stoney.

Service with Christopher was great product good as well! Just one major complaint no discounts for first time crappy was better before it all turned recreational than all medical card holders with serious illness and issue get over looked

Absolutely love coming here every time ! I got to meet Erik tonight & though he has only been working there for a week now, he is already very much educated/ knowledgeable when it comes to cannabis & was patient with me and definitely helpful. Personally, I am still learning and am still pretty new to having this in my life, so he was amazing to have helping me tonight ! I definitely walked out of there knowing more than I did when I walked in. That’s awesome& knowing that every staff always treats each customer with the same respect, politeness, & patience, regardless of what time it is or how busy they are, is what keeps me coming back. Hands down, my favorite dispensary! Thanks all of Reef staff for everything you do for everyone who goes to your spot every day ! Y’all are the best !

I purchased 2 8ths of the “Big Mac” stain by Toasted. Got home looked them over before opening and thought they looked a little light on weight. Grabbed my digital scale and both weighed 3.0 grams. A full gram shy of the quarter I purchased. Pretty disappointed with that. Even video taped opening the 2nd jar and it only being 3.0. Everything else was great, staff and atmosphere. The smoke was from batch 010923BM. Harvested 1/9, Packaged 2/20.

Always a good place to get meds that are cheap at a very good quality the location is clean I wish they had their express windows open again I fucking love that walk in order and leave that was the best it was perfect for when people were on the go but I picked up some gelato it’s nice like always I picked up half an ounce and an eight So I got five eights all in total Three of my aids were 3.2 so I was a little upset then I was couple points off because I drive from Buckeye to here but I will see you guys again Because I’m pretty sure I have some points and I’m ready to use them I’ll be back for that KK or some of that pie hole or some more gelato just because I come to this location specifically for those three strands every location I go to is only for something particular and I only go to three locations reef herbal wellness and thank you God for valley of the sun medical dispensary You guys have The flowers that I need Potent and flavors
