The best dispensary I've been to by far....every time I go they greet me with a smile and provide great service..

Great place close to my home. Nice employees. Very kind. My only complaint is the emotional blackmail of the homeless that sometimes hang outside. They know you got cash. You know... It makes me want to avoid the store as I get tired of being labeled uncaring because I work hard for my money and dont give it away for nothing.

Ms girl in the morning, didn’t like being called out for skipping lines and helping out a dude that barely walked in. “If you want to have an attitude then you can go to the next person” ma’am calling you out and having an attitude are two different things. Sorry you’d prefer to flirt rather than keep it fair.

Blueberry Drip cart taste like liver & onion mixed with blue cheese. Terrible product, do not buy anything drip.

Bait and switch BS. Ordered online and when I got there it wasn't on special and didn't honor the sale . Is that even legal?

The so called “ manager “ with red hair and piercings all over her face and chest was very rude and snippy from the moment I walked in. She made a big deal about switching my account from medical to recreational in the back and refused to serve me . This is something that should NOT be that big of a deal but she had to make a scene and raise her voice (very unprofessional). I have never had such an issue with anyone else and I believe the manager should have THE BEST customer service skills out of all the other employees. NO DISPENSARY has ever been so rude in the past 4-5 years . THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND YOU SHOULD DO YOUR BEST TO KEEP YOUR COOL WHEN YOU ARE WORKING!

Love this location always good customer service from the time you walk in security is always respectful. Miranda is great at what she do always very knowledgeable on everything and always makes sure your satisfied before you leave. Gabby is also great keep up the good work guys!

PreRolls!!! Went here for the preroll deal they had paid around 100 after tax for 16- 1g prerolls. 6 were higher end than in-house, so more expensive but still got an amazing deal. Front receptionist was polite and attentive. It is one of the smaller chains (compared to Mint and others) but still have wide selection and competitive pricing. I am one that buys in bulk and searches for deals. This visit was for prerolls and I think I got a great deal. service is timely and i was checked out fast and simple. Great gal that checked me out. couldn't remember her name but she was helpful, fast, and conversive. felt appreciated and welcomed as a custy. 10/10 Coming again 10/10 Would recommend

Have been waiting 2 days for a manager to call me back. Was charged recreation tax when I am a medical patient. Both the budtender and manager assured me the amount being charged was correct. A $65 ounce ended up costing me $81.03 with tax and after using $3 in points. The ounce was taken off of my allotment so was definitely medical. $65 plus tax for a medical patient should be around $70 and some change, plus the $3 in points would bring it to about $67 pretty big difference from $81.03. Any assistance would be appreciated as I’ve tried multiple outlets to get a hold of someone. Thanks

I loved you Bloom -- long waits and all, but you are price gouging and totally taking advantage of the recreational demand. A package that used to cost $54.30 now costs $116.64. It makes absolutely zero sense and is a crime in my opinion. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves. I used to promote your dispensary and encouraged everyone to go there and I will now be doing the exact opposite. Here's the hoping you can have an ethical turnaround because right now you have lost a customer for life.
