I am a Senior 69, this dispensary, is the one for Senior MMJ card holders. 7 years, I have had the MMJ card and 5 out of those, were ending up here, while the location was Bloom. I liked Bloom and 50% same people stayed on, bottom line, from time to time I have issues, this dispensary Assists Senior better.

By far the worst dispensary in Arizona, they are super uncoordinated when it comes to pick up orders and walkins orders, they also take forever due to the fact they only have two people working one for pick up and one for walkins while the other employees converse behind the counter I’m glad I didn’t spend my money at this place.

It’s extremely unfortunate when you regularly come to an establishment and they have an ongoing issue that they don’t correct. If your online resources do not collaborate with other ordering sources, you shouldn’t allow people to place prior orders that are not gonna be honored. Instead, just repeatedly tell you over and over to only order directly from the site when you have overly explained that the site does not load on the Internet when you’re trying to place an order. Very disappointed.

I really enjoy shopping at Curaleaf. My Medtender Sierra was really nice and had a super cool attitude. I needed to smile and I left today with a smile indeed.

Bud tender at night tall guy with a blonde Mohawk is the laziest, asked for the strains they had on leafly after he brought out some , he didn’t wanna look again so he said they were out, but the strains are still up on leafly , make sure he not your bud tender not the first time he has done this

All in all great experience. The budtender was cute too so that's a plus.

Bloom always has the fire and the prices are reasonable! I know Bloom is switching to Curleaf so I was bummed that I couldn't use my points until the switch is complete. Understandable. I picked up on Friday and you know I placed that online order,only to stand in line for 60/90 min while everyone who didn't place an order made it inside and cashed out before I got close to going inside. Out of all my trips here this is LEGIT the 2nd time I've waited in line again the product is gas so no complaints however if this is how the process is going to be going forward ill have to find a new spot 🙃

This was my first time going to Bloom and picking up an online order for an awesome BOGO deal. The guy outside checking cards was super chill and friendly. I love the inside setup, with separate rooms for online orders and walk ins. It doesn’t have that crazy cramped feeling that other dispensaries have when they have everyone in one big room. Everyone was so awesome, and even though I live far as fuck out in Maricopa, I’m definitely going to make the trip back out for their deals just because the atmosphere was so chill.

Wow! I just found out that it's no longer Bloom! And today was the first time I came in since the change over! How very disappointing! What customer service? How about the lack of! I felt so disrespected and if it wasn't already late I would have just went to another place! I will never go back to any of the Curaleaf stores in the valley because all of the workers are rude! I have had the worst experience ever at this location! I didn't know that you are just supposed to just walk in? What happened to checking in? And nobody greeted me. And the lady who helped me didn't help me! She just really disrespected me and told me what she thinks I should smoke! Bull crap! Like they care about my review anyways! But I bet I will never spend my hard earned money with them or any of their locations! I will let all of my friends and family know not to go to any of your locations either! Time to boycott Curaleaf!

Fast and easy service! Great staff and as of yesyerday 2/9/22 "BLOOM" has been SOLD, it's now under the "Curaleaf" Mngmnt. Points accured from Bloom will still be available but may take a few days to access them during this transition! Price points are still good $25, $30 & $35 8ths, but all your favorite 'Platinum' strains are No longer available at this location (bummer). Check them out, still a Great selection of meds!!

I've been coming here for awhile and its sad to see the quality has tanked. They dont leave enough stock for the medical patients. The 3 gems deals for $82 or even $99 GONE, slabs for $70 been MIA for months, ounces of bud for $125 Haha where did those go?! The 14 g I bought 2 weeks ago for $80 now $100 GTFOH! Ive spent thousands here and may have to go somewhere else just to find my medicine in time. Unfortunately marijuana can't be covered by insurance, lucky us. Hard to keep coming here as well when staff hardly answer phones to check stock; you order something, drive more than and hour, arrive for pick up and its not in the bag or they advertised wrong prices/amounts on website and they wont honor what they advertise, thats bad business; How do you expect long lasting customers when treated like that? Smdh

Why do dispensaries sell dried up flower. Such crap. Turns to dust when grinded totally not worth it. But, these days thats all they sell. Not worth the money they ALL ask when selling it dried up. Taste bad as well. Sad this is the route they decided to go. Very,Very,Disappointed.
