Staff was friendly, quick, knowledgeable.
I am a new patient & had the best experience at Bloom. The customer service is Superior to others. The product is unbelievable and is why I will return as well as recommend to my friends. I drove many miles & will do it again!! Thank you Bloom, You Rock!!!
I always go there and it's gotten better,just don't see no reason why we get in 3 different lines then put into one inside. Online orders should be to one window,but they'll come along.
Most of the time they have great service.

I ordered online a certain brand of items and the online catalog only shows 1 or 2 choices of said brand, so I ordered 2 units and when I walked in today an "associate" asked me if I had an order to which I said I did, and I wanted to add (as in more business at the point of sale) and that's when he warned me " I will do it for this time but next time the order stays as is" lol! who in their right mind would want to limit the purchasing power of the customer right then and there ? get that guy to a business class 101 asap!

All dispensary’s are garbage when u really look at it. They are the worst “drug dealers” ever , they simply do not stand behind there products. Name any other “item” we all buy from advil, shampoo, to even a dried up blunt wrap, all can be returned for replacement, money back, and/ or satisfaction guarantee. They mark up products ( wich are well marked up) they simply do not back up or fully trust. Then turn around and expect us to. Maybe they need better quality control on there buying or go back to ur “weed”school cause ‘hay just ruined my day’. Or maybe just maybe we as the people need to hold them accountable??

I just went here for the first time. They didn’t have what I ordered so I ended up with some really not good flower. I’ve never seen such low quality in any dispensary. It’s brown with a musty scent. Not pleasant. Seriously people go somewhere else. They charge med patients the recreational tax which is illegal. The help at the counter had no information to provide on strains when I had to pick something else. I felt like they have cashiers not the kind of bud tender experience I’m used to. Maybe they were just too busy to have time. Anyway, that was my first and last visit.

Platinum Gelato and Bowser were really good. Blooms the best bang for your buck if you want decent quality. The Bud Gods smiled on me tonight and I was in and out with a quickness, so over all a great experience. Well worth the hour drive since Cochise County has nothing.

I've been going to bloom for years and loved it! I spent really good money there because I liked the product and the point system. Since the change. Curaleaf does not sell the Echo gems that I mainly went there for (bummer). Also, I was misinformed that I was able to use my points and they swiped my visa and charged full price!! On top of a $5 tip. I didn't realize it until I looked at my receipt at home 35 minutes across town!! I've been playing phone tag with management since before 4:20. It's May 13. I'm owed money and I'm very unsatisfied with the service. I want to talk to corporate.

i just went here for the first time as they were running a $65/oz promotion. the employees decided to charge me $85 instead and tried giving me lv instead of the lilac i had ordered. super unhelpful and unprofessional would not return

It was by far the worst experience I have had at a dispensary service was ok but there was no rapport build or anything. The service felt really cold.

Love the people here just as much as the green, fast orders always ready to go and the loyalty rewards are tops !! Not to mention I'm in it for a free oz ,,yes u can win a free oz !!
