I am a new cannabis user and am normally intimidated by large dispensaries. I was helped by Christopher and had a great experience - he was very knowledgable about the products, made some great recommendations of new product for me to try and seemed really excited to help me out. Deep roots has a huge selection, I am looking forward to going back and trying more new products. It was a great experience.

I have been coming here since this place opened and has become my ONLY shop. As a medical patient, they provide my medicine at reasonable prices while focusing on educating and informing the public. Always excellent customer service. They really do appreciate terpenes and focus primarily on the health benefits of Cannabis and its many cannabinoids. Some very knowledgeable people will always be there to help you out. They always tip the scale in your favor, no pun intended and the new fish tank brings an awesome vibe into the facility.
I recently hurt myself and was told to come here! I got everything I needed! Chloe was so helpful and helped me find just what I needed! I got CBD tincture from Dr Jolly’s. It helped so much!! Thank you deep roots for being so patient and helpful! Ill definitely be coming back!

I have to say that I was really impressed by this dispensary. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into making the customer experience great. The space is open and inviting. I was helped by Josie, who was truly knowledgeable and friendly. What I appreciated most about Josie was that she was not pushy and her primary focus was helping me make a selection that would meet my needs. I’m not an expert when it comes to the different strains, so her help really was appreciated and made me feel more confident about what I was getting. Big shoutout to the owners for a well thought out environment, atmosphere and for there selection of staff!
Used to work here so I know how the quality is. Stopped by on my last trip to Eug and picked up some PHC and Silvertrain. Guys, keep the Silverstrain as a regular strain, literally haven’t had as good of sleep in a while and that one TKO me last night.

Tasty selections but above all, every time we’ve been in, the staff is not only friendly and patient but also very knowledgeable & helpful... owner included. You’ll never hear “sorry, I’m not sure.” or “I don’t know, if doesn’t say.” Menu on Leafly seems to keep up to date which is nice if you live outside of town. Usually stopping in for particular extracts and then finding some nice flower too;). Haven’t been disappointed here yet. You can tell that they strive to inform and educate people while offering a nice selection of well organized, easy to browse product. Thanks y’all!

The bud tenders are very friendly and super informative. I came in with a budget the last two times and they were able to help me find what I needed. I’m definitely coming back for the cookie flower strains and concentrate :)
I was just in there like an hour and a half ago buying a CBD pen for the first time. I’ve purchased tinctures from them before, but I was looking for something new to try. Karlie helped me out and she was just incredible. So knowledgeable and kind. For as long as we live in Oregon, I’ll never go to a different dispensary. The prices here are amazing and you can’t beat the huge selection and amazing customer service.
Can't say enough about this place!! Usually when I go in there are 2 ladies working and both are sooo helpful and super knowledgeable. There selections for oil is top notch and there $5 Grams are always really well picked out and I have picked up some great strains to try this way. They also give an Industry Discount, which is amazing _ !0% and then I have my medical card so I come out with some pretty amazing stuff. cool place, nice selection, good prices, worst customer service I've had all year. stood around for 5 minutes with no greeting or help in an empty store with two employees until I asked where the edibles where and received a finger point in the general direction.
This has been my go to location for the Springfield area. I have always been helped by Karlie and she's been great! Always happy to answer a ton of questions, very knowledgeable, very friendly. Just a few days ago I was assisted by the manager Jeremy and recieved the same stellar service! Bottom line, excellent service, great product, good prices!

Love this place.
I love going into this dispensary. Talk about atmosphere! Go in just to check out the crystals hanging from the ceiling. Don’t eat an edible before going in though, you will be standing there looking up for much longer than is “normal” :) Staff is nice, parking is OK. I prefer to park on the side as the front can get a little jammed up. Great quality flower. Prices are a little higher than other shops for cartridges, in my opinion. Check em out.
